Except there's no such thing as womens rights, gay rights, etc. If you're referring to the 'right to choose', well Ron Paul's view is that even a
fetus has a "right" to not be executed. However he won't be warring over who chooses to use get legal early-term abortions, who can marry who, or
trying to ban other personal choices (like Santorum wants to do w/ porn). There are certain issues that remain controversial &/or to the point where
it's up to the morality of the person to decide, not the law.
I 100 percent agree with him about partial-birth abortions and such; that's not "pro-choice" if the woman waits till the baby is near-birth to have
the abortion. That's murder, and absolutely grotesque (if done for convenience).
As for marriage, it shouldn't be handled by the government in the first place.
