Again iraq army was based on export based monkey models which was totally inferior to soviet army models.in a strategic war of WMD ,usa will cease to exist.Second USA has no civil defence system .In a strategic scale civil defence will be critical.

You cannot compare Russias Military with the U.S. Militaries capabilities. Russia may have a good amount of ICBM's....but these ICBM numbers have been lowered in both countries because the United States has a Very Highly Advanced ABM Missle system and is now 15% complete in instalation of a Direct Energy Weapon System known as the FEL or Free Electron Laser. The AMB Missle system....a TECH. BOOM for the U.S. costs very little as it is just an upgrade of the SM-3 Anti-Aircraft now the SM-3 ABM and ANTI-SATELLITE MISSLE.

The U.S. has no interest in invading Russia but if the U.S. was forced into action against IRAN...the Russians have already made a deal with the U.S....so has China. The Russians can bluster and build up troops on the Iranian boarder and China can scream alll sorts of acclaimations...in the event the U.S. has to go in to Iran....but neither Russia nor China will do anything.

As long as the U.S. keeps it's end of the deal...that being...If the Iranian Navy attempts to block Oil Shipments through the Strait of Hormuz...or Iran Decares publicly it has developed a Nuclear Weapon...and this forces the U.S. to entirely obliterate the Iranian Navy as well as Airforce and Costal Iranian Military Instalations...the U.S. must guarantee continued Oil shipments to China as well as any Natural Gas that Russia makes money on as pipelines cross all over Asia and Russia controls alot of Asia including former Soviet States Natural Gas Pipelines which Russia make a very large profit on allowing the use of these pipelines. And as long as the U.S. Military Forces limit their strikes and securing of Nuclear sites as to not poison or irradiate the area....there will be no problems between the United States, Russia and China.

One more thing...there is a very disturbing Russian Mob Mentality that is coming about....very much like the Old Soviet Communist Party that proclaimed the Greatness of Communism yet the Communist leadership had Datchas on the Black Sea and was eating Caviar by the TABLESPOON FULL...yet the Soviet Citizen that did the work getting the Caviar from the Stergeon...would be imprisoned if he DARED eat some of his own bounty...as this Caviar was for EXPORT to make money for the good of all Citizens of the CCCP.

The U.S. has weapons it makes public and many it does not. The FEL is no joke and you can easily look up how each U.S. Carrier as well as Aegis Cruiser...there is always an Aegis Cruiser in every Carrier Naval Group...will all have installed a Nuclear Powered Free Electron Laser System.

The Russians primarily based their research on Particle Beam Weapons....as the U.S. also did many years ago. The Problems with a Direct Energy Particle Beam Weapon is that they have a Nasty habit of Irradiating the the people who are using it.

The U.S. concentrated on a Solid State Laser that was not effected by atmospheric conditions as traditional Lasers tend to reflect off of cloud cover as well as need several lasers aimed at a target to compensate for light bending within the atmosphere as well as a need for a lot of power. The FEL solved all these problems and with a nuclear power source and Super Computing Targeting and aquisitioning...is a Superior Weapon than any Particle Beam Weapon.
