Well, big company GE does this thing. They give everyone an annual eval. Then, they determine the top 10 % and the bottom 10%. The top 10% get a bonus. The bottom 10% get fired.

Maybe we could fill out a fill in the blank "rate your experience with our moderator form" and they could be combined at some point to create an annual evaluation.
We do have a water cooler, and hang out there just like at other work places, catching up...how was your weekend, etc.
