So,my old gas mower finally went met it's maker the other day,so I have been looking for options for a replacement.

Since the part of my yard that is grass is relatively small, say about 50 x 30 feet,I have decided to go green and go electric.
Don't want any cords and don't want to use the ol' rotary push mower.

I want to go cordless and self-propelled so my young kids can mow the grass for me since my ass is getting to lazy.

Any suggestions?

Why not use the old push mowers and not use any power but yourself? If you stay on top of the grass and keep it short they actually work.

* I see where you say you don't want one of those. Didn't catch that before. Maybe consider?

I had one for about five years till the battery or motor stopped working. Too much of a hassle to fix. It worked OK but you have to plan well or you run out of power before you finish and the one I had did not allow for a cord in that case.

Gas ones are mostly cheaper. Nice to go green, but you're going to pay more for it.

As for it being a conspiracy site...this is in Chit Chat, so an appropriate forum for the topic.
