Alright...

I was talking to my friend yesterday about lucid dreaming, and he said one of the best was to encourage them is write down ever dream you have. And this is what I plan to do. First I will give names out, so you all know who I am referencing too. Angie is my mom, and Eleni is my sister.

Last nights dream...

It was a really short dream, Eleni and I were running away from something, I don't know what and we had to get to my grandmothers house. My sister usually lagged behind as she is only 9 but then all of a sudden she seems to mature and she jetted out infront of me, and I was left behind stuggling to catch up. We kept running, and all of a sudden we seemed to be running through a maze of boxes, all marked "Microscope, don't knock down".

Then what ever was chasing us got us, I turned around too see what it was and -- that's when I woke up.

Please leave me with your comments and thought about the meaning of this dream.

Hi, I dont really do dream interpritation.

but I would guess that when you were young you had a microscope that an uncle or close relative bought you and soon after you broke it

and that feeling of guilt still haunts you subconsiousley, maybe you were too young to remember?

I this were the case that would be really freaky and I should
defantly start dream interpritation or be a medium lol



as for keeping a dream journal,
yes I t is imperetive to do so for starting lucid dreaming
not to mension a lot of other benefits

I have a notepad n pen next to my bed but when i wake up I can never be botherd


A good professional tip,

as soon as you wake up from a dream DON'T MOVE as any body movement can vastly reduce you abillaty to remember your dream.

Somewhat.

I did have a microscope as a child, but I saved up for it with my own money, and I didn't break it.

I sold it at a garage sale. And no, I don't miss it.
