Well we have just completed day 1.

I felt very relaxed and even went over the ten minutes without realizing, feeling a bit clearer than before.

My partner had to get our son (he's only 5 months), so that was the end of her, I suggested that she can still do it now but she didn't want to (i knew it, though thought she might last more than 2 minutes! lol).

Our 6 year old said "It felt nice but towards the end my back started to hurt"

Our 2 year old said "No, no, no!" after about 10 seconds.

Felt much lighter and calmer
. Morning meditation sessions are easier as your day hasn't really started yet so you don't have as many thoughts distracting you from your breath, it was really nice. Thinking about buying a cheap zafu.

Day 2:

Not sure how long i was doing it today i was just absorbed by my breathing matching that of the current of the sea soming in and out of the shore.
Again i feel lighter and calm as yestaday.

summery of day 1: I had a good day on day one fully.

Will post on day 3.

Day 1: Had trouble letting go and relaxing. Went through the process twice, once in the morning and once in the evening. Couldn't quite get there but I've had that problem in the past. Will continue on and hopefully it will consume me...

Day 4 Its getting good my skateboarding is getting alot sicker i do the same breathing tech when i'm skating and i am 100% better.
