Obama: A brand in search of a slogan
4/7/12 7:00 PM EDT -- Politico

The Obama campaign does not seem to have a clear cut slogan or even a clear theme as of yet.

The 2008 slogan was "Change we can believe in" and the chant "Yes We Can".

Maybe this year it should be "Change we can't believe" !! and the chant "No We Can't" !!

Everyone knows what Barack Obama’s campaign slogan was in 2008. No one seems to know what it will be for 2012.

The White House has been cycling through catchphrases since announcing his reelection bid a year ago: Winning the Future, We Can’t Wait, An America Built to Last, An Economy Built to Last, A Fair Shot.

They seem to be looking for one to resonate — and the constant unveiling of new ones suggests that so far, none of them have. To communications experts, the kaleidoscope of slogans is the latest reflection of the difficulties finding and marketing a message that Obama has faced almost since his inauguration — another challenge that came with the shift from insurgent outsider to sitting president.

What should the 2012 slogan be ??

if you look at youtube videos of the chant "yes we can"

and play them backwards...

you will hear.."Thank you Satan"

"You don't have to vote for me if you don't want to but bear in mind, we are all the same!" and the chant "We are all puppets!"

He would win hands down if he came out with N.W.A's old song that had every cop in the country calling for blood.

How about:

"You ain't seen nothin' YET!"

or

"Try me!" (Works on so many levels.)

the obama camp will clearly take a position that they inherited a mess, avoided a depression and now that things are getting better, don't hand the country over to a 1% er who made his money putting people out of work

and when the ads start coming, with the real stats (like domestic oil production is up 15%) the GOP has no chance with the game show host who will be talking about 2009

so the slogan will be something like a super pac generator name, lol like

unleash our future

I actually got that from the generator, lol

Mr Obama has a new campaign slogan.
Are you ready for it?
It's called "Winning The Future."
www.whitehouse.gov...

They may have to abandon that one !!

If they haven't already

More like "losing the future"

Considering his often implied disapproval of those of us who don't believe in his "change":
Another four, to settle the score!

See ya,
