Well the Global Greens Congress (which was held in the West African nation's capital, Dakar, March 29 to April 1, 2012) have voted in favor of world government as per details below (including vid where reps vote on the model of 'global governance' they prefer - affirming the unambivalent text rendering).

Melbourne's Herald Sun

Greens leader Bob Brown took his bizarre crusade for a One World Government to the Global Greens conference in Senegal last weekend. And the Global Greens voted for it unanimously:

The Global Greens Congress reaffirms its support of the creation of a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly (UNPA) as a parliamentary body within the UN system that is complementary to the UN General Assembly. As a first step it should be composed of representatives of national parliaments but ultimately it should become a body that is directly elected by the world’s citizens. As representation of the world’s citizens, we believe that a UNPA, among other things, should be involved in all important intergovernmental treaty negotiations.

Bob Brown’s dream see the creation of a world government in which Australia would always be outvoted by China, India or the Muslim bloc, and would be subject in part to a government it could never dismiss.

Kent: Global Greens want a Global Government : One world government now on Greens agenda

Not many people know this.

Last Sunday the Global Greens Congress voted unanimously in favour of a single world government. Fittingly, it was April 1 — April Fools Day.

I know, I know, it’s only the Global Greens, but they do claim to represent all Green political parties on the planet. They also have a strong Canadian connection.

Elizabeth May‘s own Green Party of Canada (GPC) is an affiliate. The Green Party in B.C. actively raised funds to support the meeting and helped delegates attend the four-day festival of earnest ear bashing in Dakar, Senegal.

Here is the full text of the motion that was heartily approved by all delegates:

“The Global Greens Congress reaffirms its support of the creation of a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly (UNPA) as a parliamentary body within the UN system that is complementary to the UN General Assembly. As a first step it should be composed of representatives of national parliaments but ultimately it should become a body that is directly elected by the world’s citizens. As representation of the world’s citizens, we believe that a UNPA, among other things, should be involved in all important intergovernmental treaty negotiations.”

So there you have it.

Greens with a dream to see the creation of a single world government in which Canada would always be out voted by China, India or any religious bloc.

Put simply, Canadians would be subject in part to a government it could never dismiss.

Voting so enthusiastically to absolve our national sovereignty in favour of some world parliamentary body clearly is not something to be taken lightly.

Canada had three officially registered delegates in Dakar. All endorsed the motion highlighted above and they were led by Jean Cloutier, chairman for the Quebec wing of Green Party of Canada. The other two were Global Young Greens Tanya Gutmanis and Scott Baker.

Still, it’s not just Canadian Greens excited by the prospect of one world government. Australian Green Senator Bob Brown believes evil global corporations have too much sway at the international level.

He says they should be counterbalanced by the hoped for “global parliament” to deal with genuinely global issues, one that “makes sure that the basic needs of every citizen of the world” can be met.

“Every citizen should have an equal say on global matters,” Senator Brown suggested to his Global Green colleagues. “One person, one vote, one value.”

Coming soon to a (Green tinted) ballot box near you.

I honestly believe this Green one world government is merely a few poor countries attempting a coup on the world out of desperation, honestly this doesn't push my red flag button. It is interesting in knowing what is happening globally thanks for the read.
