Hello morpheusxxz
There are already so many wise and good responses for you, yet mine may just add some small additional view.
Ever read the I Ching (
usually pronounced wrongly, rather than correctly Yee Jing)? It is usually viewed as a tool of divination but personally
I respect it simply a written version of the rules of Nature in her completest sense. Still, to stick with the divination idea just for a while to
explain this a bit further, coins (typically) were and are still used to plot values that direct the person concerned to a particular part of the 64
step sequence of the I Ching cycle. Guidance is then derived from what the I Ching has to say about that step or phase. OK, this is stated a bit
simplistically but is generally correct.
Now back to the real wisdom of the I Ching and the Tao which it documents. Everything, that is everything in existence follows cyclic patterns that
define the state of being of wherever that particular thing it is at any time. The problem is that there are always multiple cycles that are
influencing everything at any time and no simplistic analysis can define the state of any "anything", nor conveniently offer simple advice or a
solution for any state that might seem problematic. Still, the I Ching offers guidance that can be of great help.
In broad brushstrokes, we as a specific "anything" may be at a point where most cycles that govern our well-being (lets call it that) may be
synchronising at an ebb and our outlook and emotions will probably be very flat. Motion and turbulence are minimal, mentally and physically. It seems
you are here now. The I Ching will then suggest a time of conservation ...
This is the point of conservation of energy. All but the last physical and mental resources are used up. Excess action or overactive thought will
achieve only defeat. It remains better to conserve effort for the last moments before rebirth.
So it is like an exhausted person trying to exert him or herself. It is indeed self defeating. The fact that you even made the effort to post this
thread means the spark is still there. Conserve it. As crazy as this sounds, this is the time to do nothing. Do nothing and all will get done. This is
not magic, just an understanding of the cycles of Nature. No reasoning or planning or motivating or trying will bring on the spring. Just accept what
is and it will arrive after you sense...
..the complete, pure emptiness. This is not a negative emptiness, but a supreme nothingness, a moment before all time, a readiness for rebirth and
germination, a new beginning from nothing.
This is not a promise, a motivation, an encouragement or any such thing.
it is only an explanation offered in humility and you are still the only one who can see it through
Conserve. It is the watchword
