In light of the season I thought I'd share this with yous guys. This is David Sedaris' account of futile yet well intentioned attempt to explain the holiday of Easter and the personage of Jesus in a language from which he has the vocabulary of a small child. Whether you're a fan or you've never heard of Sedaris you'll probably get a kick out of it as he is considerd one of the greatest humorists since Twain.

Also here is my favorite Sedaris essay Six to Eight Black Men

Happy Easter

absolutely love david sedaris! I used to read his books while riding the subway trains in san francisco. I would giggle out loud and people would look at me and smile, point to my book and nod. Sedaris fans share a twisted inside joke that I wish more people got.
