to be used for crowd/mob dispersal..

heats flesh up like a microwave..

only a few test subjects required hospitalization for tissue burns..

guess firehose pressure wasnt damaging enuf!

way to go, gi joe!

I build pulse generators all the time, and fire them, often in my hands. EMP does nothing to your brain, nor can you feel it. I've toasted shielded computers and such from a backpack pulser without even a tingle. Most likely, the cable was high voltage and poorly insulated, and built up a massive charge on the rubber, which slowly leaked into their skin.

I wonder how well this tech would work against a person holding a copper fine mesh screen in front of him while grounding it with your feet to act as a partial Faraday cage ?
