NASA ATREX Chemtrail Rockets

On March 27, 2012 NASA launched five Chemtrail rockets from Wallops Island, Virginia under the mission named ATREX (Anomalous Transport Rocket Experiment). They were part of a study of the upper level jet stream.

Each of the rockets released a chemical tracer that created milky, white clouds at the edge of space.

The products of the reaction when TMA is exposed to air or water are aluminum oxide, carbon dioxide and water vapor. Aluminum oxides are used to combat heartburn and to purify drinking water. Also, all three products occur naturally in the atmosphere. The TMA poses no threat to the public during preparation on the ground or during the release in space.

(1) Matallic salts (oxides) aluminium, barium, titatium
(2) Filaments/Fibers
(3) Engineered Biologicals (viruses/red blood cells)



Did anyone witness the Chemtrail Rockets? What do you think, safe or not for the public?

that old news. the test were only sposed to last 5 mins, they were cancelled a few hours before it was launched, but all across the east coast (i authored a thread about it somewhere), then on nasa.gov it said so, and weather.com, but there were still crazy rocket type sounds and strong winds that night, but then the re-launched them a few days after.. they were sposed to leave a prosphorescent glow or something right? well in the mid-atlantic US we heard a large aerial phenomena that night around 2am.

andboycott, your too quick to reply [Internet Troll]. I found plenty of information regarding the NASA Chemtrail launch: documents, pictures, and videos.

I just don't understand how the element of AL (aluminum) can be safe in any amounts period. It does nothing for humans but degrade health, -from dimentia, memory loss, nervous system degredation and more... I've been searching for the benefits of this crap being sprayed into the atmosphere (barium also, which ends up falling on food and in water which we ingest eventually) and haven't found a thing yet.

Someone help me find those benefits of this being in the air we breath. I understand it may be abundant on Terra, but that isn't an areosol that is abundant.....

Ever met a 10-18 year old who is completely addicted to Cola, and their parents buy it by the cases/flats in aluminum cans? ...Most are obnoxious, (forgive this word) retarded, hyper, no memory and/or arrogant? ...suppose you don't need smarts if you got entertainment...

While I don't believe this experiment was sinister I do think it just goes to show how easy it is to create "chemical trails" behind any type of aircraft.

The whole purpose of the experiment was to study the Jet Stream.

Be like putting color dye in an ocean to see where it goes.


We've survived them gridding the skys over our cities .....sooo I think this experiment is deemed safe according to NASA.

NO, this ATREX experiment does not show how "easy" it is to lay "trails"....as has been pointed out "already" in the numerous other threads that were about these experiments.....they were...(and please, take EXTRA note):

Space. The modern and current definition is (Internationally) agreed-upon as beginning at 100 km above the Earth's surface (actually, above Mean Sea Level, or MSL). 100 km = 62 NM (Nautical Miles).

NASA has a slightly lower definition, in order to award anyone who qualifies as an "astronaut" (to be granted the special gold pin)...for NASA, it is only 50 NM.(80 km)....as you can plainly read in the link, this dates back to the pre-space-age era of the early flight tests into the upper "atmosphere", as part of the exploration of future space travel.

(MUCH was unknown, then. THOSE men were pioneers!).

NOW...read up a bit, and recall the 62 NM height?

The ATREX experiments were conduct at between 60 and 65 NM.

THOSE were, yes....by a definition, "chemical trails".....and were designed specifically to interact AT THOSE HEIGHTS in what is known as the IONOSPHERE....because they would be very, very visible, from here on the ground....both with normal eyesight, and with instrumentation specifically designed to measure the results.

The release of the TMA (an aluminum compound) would INTERACT in the ionosphere, and become visible as a result.

The total payload of TMA was very, very, very small.

This has no, and this means no comparison to what are simply ordinary contrails (and other cirrus clouds) that are forming in Earth's atmosphere in the 30,000 to 40,000 FEET range of heights above MSL!!

Anyone who will bother to make the effort to learn the details, and study the science, would then know and understand the differences.

(One good starting point is proper research....AS IN.....go to the ATREX web pages, and find out their actual TMA payloads)......

Well maybe not billions exactly. A persistent spreading contrail has around 20kg per meter of ice, so a typical 50 mile contrail weighs around 1600000 kg, around 3,500,000 pounds, so only around 18,000 times as much.

Most of that water, of course, comes from the atmosphere. That's why only contrails can last for a long time, whereas a powder "chemtrail" would quickly dissipate.

It's not really "the jetstream" as most people understand it - the one people think of as affecting aircraft is from 7-16 km in altitude - these high altitude jetstreams are 60+ km in the mesosphere - you can get a few results googling "mesospheric winds"
