Attorney: Fake Democrats in Wisconsin committing criminal election fraud
By Eric W. Dolan
Thursday, April 5, 2012 19:07 EDT -- The Raw Story

Evidently, there are at least 6 candidates running in Wisconsin recall primary elections
that may not be "declared" candidates for the democratic party

Attorney Jeremy P. Levinson is the one who has apparently uncovered the debacle.

Wild claims and accusations are being thrown around that these "candidates"
are actually Republicans in disguise

They say this happened in last year's recall elections.

Six fake Democrats running in upcoming recall primaries to push back the election date in Wisconsin are violating the law, according to an election attorney.

“Among the requirements for running as a candidate in a partisan primary, one is required to file with the [Government Accountability Board] a ‘Declaration of Candidacy,’ form GAB-162. That form specifically requires a candidate to state that their candidacy is ‘representing’ the political party for which the primary is to take place. This statement must be made under oath,” attorney Jeremy P. Levinson said in a memo (PDF) to We Are Wisconsin.

“Clearly, a candidate running in a Democratic primary for the purpose of disadvantaging that party and giving electoral advantage to the Republican Party and the Republican incumbent the Democrats seek to recall can do so only by falsifying his or her declaration of candidacy.”

Sounds like a "scam"

Does it matter if they're republicans or democrats? Either way Wisconsin is getting screwed

Yeah they did this last year. Walker is involved in his own scandal and has hired 2 criminal attorneys. Many of the people around him have been arrested for election fraud.

Walker is probably going to lose the recall....despite all the money he's going to receive from the Koch bros and other wealthy financiers.

Not to mention, Wisconsin has lost more jobs since he took office than any other state in the United States....and that's after him destroying collective bargaining that was "supposed" to create jobs.....he didn't even balance the budget either.

I agree with you. Both sides up there have taken this whole thing so far that the only people getting hurt at this point are the people living there.

Good, a state that allows sexual predators and child rapists to escape justice deserves no less.
