it was snail mail that was returned,saying no one by this name at this address.

which i guess means his mail isn't forwarded.

When the card was returned i was like, ugh! Made me sad.

We have done a lot of internet searching.

Can you look up driver's licenses?

looked through newspapers and there isn't any news there.

Problem is that I am in the US, so I have no idea how to do a search in another country.

Our privacy laws are quite strict up here, so it makes it harder to find someone.
About the most you could do is google names, birthdates, and any other info you might know, and hope something pops up.
Most of the "people finder" type of sites, hit a wall when it comes to Canada.
Unless there's a good hacker out there, or someone has access through their job, or someone they know has access through a job, the databases of most things are well hidden.

Yeah. as much as we can try, Snowspirit is right. Otherwise I would have (I'm sure anyone of us would have) by now.
