Try going to the club scene in new York or losangeles

If your dressed as a woman you can use the womans bathroom and visaversa

If you don't like it you can leave the club

Gay club?

Did I say gay club?? Any club in LA is like that. I guess LA is more tolerant than most city's

I've been to most clubs in LA and they don't care. If you look like a girl use the girls bathroom

That woman had a uterus and a vagina at birth.
She did not have to turn her penis inside out, take hormone supplements and play make believe because mommy and daddy told him he looked pretty in a dress.

That's just rich, a big burly chap standing and having a whizz in the ladies' stall, then coughing up a rich loog before scratching. Just rich.

God dang. Well I got a wig, I'll just get a dress and a bra and use the womens bathroom. Shouldn't make anyone uncomfortable.

What would these people have done two, one hundred years ago?

In a number of societies...First Nations comes to mind, 'two spirited people' are not only accepted as such, but they are revered in special roles. en.wikipedia.org...

Thanks... seems a bit healthier than chopping and inverting and drugging and all that. This is more a natural approach in my opinion.

Now that's cool. I didn't know our natives saw things that way.

And they're quite accurate: the spirit is both masculine and feminine, and the joining of the two into one in a body is typical of enlightenment.

Thanks for your interesting post.
Ancient Egyptian Philosophy in the writings of the scribe Thoth speak the soul being sexless.
Indeed sex was seen as a sacred and private act between two people as indeed it is.
Sex is two souls saying hello.

Introducing Saknarin Marnyaporn... or better known as Nong Poy the Thai lady boy.

Depending on who's trying to enter Miss Universe. If they look like this, I don't see why not. It's like they're more feminine than females, so what's the problem?

There is a reason they call issues like this "First-world problems."

*sigh*

Really?

I would think that as a leftitst you would be speaking out in favor of the oppressed transgendered individual.

Having to walk five miles each day to an oil-slicked borehole for a muddy bucket of water = oppression.

Whining about not being included in a meat-market contest sponsored by snowboard makers and cola companies beacuse you've had tens of thousands of dollars of surgery = not so much.

...My brother is a pretty conservative guy: a fundamentalist Christian like me, and he's also an Iraq war combat vet. But he was less delicate about the issue than me. After unloading a string of curse-words in my ear over the phone, he said, “They won’t rest until heterosexuality and attraction to women rather than men is a hate crime.”

That's really a sad view. people really are being brain washed.

I am all for equality but if this is a breach of the rules then the only question should be if she made this information known to the organization prior to entering the Pageant. If not then that's a breach of the rules. It's cut and dry to me. They should not be kissing arse and pleading forgiveness so long as they are not discriminating. Too damn PC if you ask me.

Besides, she is probably hotter than the rest of the women in the pageant and they are just being haters.

I tend to sigh also - As John Lennon sang in Working Class Hero

They keep you doped with religion, sex and TV
Till you think your so clever and classless and free
But you still fuc**ng peasants as far as I see.

Who cares about this conceited concept of a Miss Universe
It is so superficial based on body shape etc
What of the soul - the inner being.

If no one knew she had been a he would this be an issue? Probably not. I don't understand why someone would go through something like this but I won't judge them. Except on their beauty in a pagent.

If you met a "woman" in a bar or at a club, went out a few times, and one night were getting ready to sleep together, and found out she used to be a he, would it matter then? Answer honestly, not politically correct.

I get the whole inner beauty thing, but beauty pagents arent based on inner beauty. And a man that looks good as a woman, is still a man, and its the MISS Universe pagent.

There is a lot of good constructive conversation on this topic and I can agree with some people who feel that this woman( who was born a man) shouldn't be allowed to compete, I agree with one poster about not allowing any cosmetic sergery, why should one girl win after she has had 25k worth of cosmetic sergery?

That means only the rich girls will win cuz they have the money to look good!!

If that's the case then they should ban all cosmetic sergery for the contestants

Maybe they will change the rules after this but for now I'm glad she is back in the contest

Be safe people
