Saw this video on youtube.

I think it's real and it has something to do with what is happening in Clintonville.

Map:

www.mapquest.com...

Something is going on up there isn't there something big scheduled for Chicago this spring?

Notice how the sound was loud when the wind was blowing the wind chime around but almost nothing when it stopped? Seems like a HOAX to me.

Whoa - nice one!

I enjoyed that, I hope they come around here and do that one! My town would have field day!

Not that we don't have enough of these kinds of incidents going around, but it is my firm belief that we are about to see a whoooole lot more!

I could be anything and all we have to go on is the uploaders word it's strange.
I could run my hair dryer or any other appliance or tool and film the outdoors
Is there any other sources / witnesses for this?

Thes videos are just to easy to hoax.
It also was similar to another I watched early on in the sound drama that sounded road work.

I'm not say that there isn't something going on in Clintonville, but this is obviously a sample being played on a loop. I'm going with HOAX.

Those sounds are the same as is all those other videos of sounds around the world.

Thanks guys for your opinions.

I figured most would dismiss it as a hoax. If the town / village Monee was in any other location I would have the same reaction.

Look at the mapquest link if you haven't already. Do you see how Monee sits just south of Chicago. It is maybe significant.

I am working on a compilation thread about all of this. Hopefully I'll have it ready tomorrow.

They have a sound bite of the noise they are hearing and its a boom more than that long drawn out sound.

www.nbc15.com...

Like someone hitting a drum.

Now Kdog you know as well as I do that not all those
sky sounds sound like this one.

Although when a sound holds one ocillating note
it does put my opinion in the synthesizer isle.

Yes,you are right,my bad.
I need to readjust my hearing aid.

I have decided to stop with this silly debunking stuff.

You all are right,it's all true what you think is happening.
I have been paid to do this, but I refuse to do it anymore.

The money is not good enough.

(walks away quietly)

Good Luck!

Well I'm speaking just loud enough so you can hear me as u walk away.
I love your posts, don't leave.. I enjoy yours better than most.
From before I was a member .

Anyway Debunking keeps this all legit.
Crazy people jumping to conclusions are a pet peeve of debunkers.
But a lot of debunkers do the very same.
Why does it always have to be an apocalypse with these sounds?
That's may be what bugs you empirical types, with your reason and sanity.

For me they can be odd sounds the Earth is making, that maybe,
the Earth, has always made time to time. (Sky-Quakes,Solar energy
ringing our bell etc) It's not always end times for some of us that are
genuinely interested. Which I suspect a small part of your mind is too.

But not this one, this is clearly a synthesizer.
Or is it ???

Hey guys I never said it was the end of the world or aliens or whatever. Until there is proof it is a drum or something mudane I am going to investigate what is happening up there.

I am sure that many of the strange sounds are hoaxes or just normal sounds.

It is just as easy to say something is "normal" as it is to say it is "strange".

Stop being so lazy if you are going to debunk provide some evidence not just a bunch of hot air.

What someone ought to do is get a map of the US or the World and put a pin and write in a date on each spot where ATS members have reported strange noises (maybe yellow for below earth and blue for above the earth (or ground / sky).

Just a suggestion.

Like police do to see if there is a pattern forming.

Somebody, I simply don't have the time right now needs to start compiling this data and see if there is a pattern that we can figure out.

Another feature I would suggest is maybe what kind of noise with each pin (booming, how long it lasted, intensity, banging, any / all description of noise).

Are the elite or ? digging underneath us??

Is something over head happening we simply can't see with our human eyes????

Just a suggestion.

Illinois - okay that's in my back yard now

Damn it - I start hearing these noises I'm going to investigate.

Good opening post.

Nice country picture, wish I was in the boonies...........I'm in suburbia.

Thanks good thought(s).

Even if this is a natural occurrence I think it's worth paying attention.

I was leaning toward the theory that the depletion of the ground water is causing the rock to shift or sink causing these small earthquakes. Now I just don't know.

Once you start getting a map out and pinning these things (think Dexter and the police work bulletin work board) you begin to get a more clear picture of a possible pattern.

Underground excavation????

Natural phenomenon????

Who knows, but someone ought to start pinning these events and list date, duration, time, intensity and type of noise..............then we may get a bigger picture, a pattern that has escaped us before.

Could be nothing but coincidence, or could be something else.
