Here is my theory.
I think we need passion and enthusiasm.
We get them by having goals and working to reach them.
Life is like a game, as long as you are working to reach a goal you are ok, when there is no more goals to achieve, the game gets boring...
Strong will, yes, this is a great energy, it will make you get up from bed, it will make you move with enthusiasm.
The will to do something is the fuel for life. It gives motivation for action, it makes the blood flow.
Without the will to do it, existence wouldn't have been created.
So we need to want something badly.
But IMHO we should focus on our own actions, because we need to focus on something we can control. We cant control the world outside, we cant control
all the results, we cant control what others do, but we can control what we do.
So our goals must be decomposed on things we want to do.
Now comes self-control and discipline.
You want badly, you are focused on your actions, you are focused on things to do, but nothing happens if you don't control your everyday actions and
your routine.
You need to have the self control to do things the way you really want it.
You must do what you want to do.
Once you decide you want to do something you must have the discipline and self-control to do it.
You must have the discipline to do what you want to do, when, where and how you want it.
Don´t do what you always do, do what you want to do, don't wait for tomorrow, do it when the right time has come.
So, we need to want do do something. we need to want it badly.
And then we need to do it, we need the discipline and self-control to do it when, where and how we want it.
This will fill your days with passion and enthusiasm. It doesn't matter if you win or loose.
The game of life is about playing the game, having goals that makes you want to do things, and then doing them the best we can.
Its all about will, effort and enthusiasm. This energy will make you evolve in every levels of existence.
What do you think?
Cheers
