An 11-year-old boy raped an elderly neighbourhood woman as three other boys watched, police said.

Police arrested him and three others, Sergeant Ken Henning said on Tuesday.

Henning said the boys had been "terrorising" the 76-year-old woman in her house for a week, crawling through a window each day and stealing items. The woman lived alone, he said.

The woman alerted police after she was raped by one of the boys while the others - ages 11, 12 and 13 - watched, Henning said.

Henning said the 11-year-old boy admitted to the crime and was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault. The others were arrested on suspicion of being parties to a crime.

I find this unbelievable, is this a sign of deteriorating youth in America. I really couldn't ever see something this sick happening in Australia.
