Iraq War veteran attacked at concert

You know what really gets under my skin?

This guy probably spent a very long time in Iraq, dodging bullets and bombs everywhere he went. He has the vehicle he's driving in blown out from udnerneath his and is almost crippled. He comes home for his two-week leave, and decides to go to a concert to get his mind off of having to go back to that hellhole very soon. And what happens when he gets there? He gets ambushed by a complete stranger, something he spent his entire time in Iraq trying to avoid.

He wanted to have a little fun, something he hasn't done in a very long time. And he ends up getting the snot beaten out of him.

The sad fact is, is that this is just a microcosm of a larger picture. Did you see on the news where some girls in Las Vegas were beaten with a baseball bat? They had a video camera and some co$%sucker walked up and swung at them. People like this do not deserve to live. It does not matter to me at all if drugs, alcohol, or any other thing caused it. There is no excuse for it and the people comitting these acts are no good to society.
