UFO Spotted by SOHO March 25, 2012

Got this video thru an obscure channel on Facebook.

It looks very interesting, but i am really in doubt. Check it out:



Been looking thru the videos the user "Realmleaper" have posted, and there is alot of UFO videos.
"Realmleaper"'s videos have been discussed before on ATS, here and here. I glimpsed at the posts, and noted nothing conclusive.

Is it just an asteroid? I guess if it were a comet, it's tail are missing?
What do you guys think?

If it is indeed intelligent life from "Out There" and they can fly THAT close to the sun with their technologically advanced ships...We DO NOT want to mess with them!

We should welcome our new overlords!

Actually, maybe they can do a better job than the butt-holes we have running our planet at this time.

Passing between Earth and the Sun so it's quite dim.

That was interesting! Seems it was further back from the sun, cause a sun flare came up and it wasn't effected.

Must be larger than it appears too.

Interesting video no doubt, my only question is, would the tail be visible if it was an asteroid or comet?

Well, it certainly fits all the criteria for a 'UFO', though I'm not sure how the poster came to the conclusion that it is a mothership. There are no directional changes. It does appears to possibly speed up at one point, but the camera was also moving at that time, so that should be disregarded as evidence of intelligence.

My opinion? Chalk it up as some space junk and keep searching.

Pretty much obvious that its this.

Seriously do people not consider such things before a post of UFOs and happily ignore the planets in orbit.

video is time lapsed those flares dont come out that fast!

The full transit was from March 17 - March 25.

It's a time lapse over several days. Gonna go with planet or other large body.

That also occured to me, or Jupiter, so i tried to match it up in Celestia, but somehow it keeps crashing on me.

The object changes it's forward direction slightly midway across the sun. The object is between the sun and the camera and is actually quite a bit smaller than it appears in the video.

Yup seems he has not met anything he doesn't think is a UFO. Must suck to go through life confused about about the everyday reality of the things you are most interested in. Shame we have to give him and his type constant attention.

Think that reasoning over, and you should conclude that is a less than reasonable conclusion...

Why couldn't it be Jupiter? I'm no expert, so if you can enlighten me please
