It could very well have been started by the Pentagon. Webster Tarplay has been talking about this for some time. It is interesting the countries which
choose to uprise, are also key points of interest for the US. Seems to make sense.
Regardless of whether it actually was started by the Pentagon, you can bet they sought to capitalize on the sparks of revolt and turn it into a real
movement. The reason is simple. The American Century is coming to an end in the coming decades, and many predict it'll be much sooner than a full
century...as early as 2020 by some experts.
There is uncertainty as to how the world's power structure will be shaped later this century. It doesn't matter if some elite envision this or that,
many are in direct competition and with different ideologies for there to be any one "TPTB". Russia, China, Brazil, India, and the US are all trying
to either rise or keep their positions. By the time it's all over, nations may be non-existent, and continental unions may be the most efficient way
In the meantime, tensions will rise as resources are fought over. Geopolitical stability seems to be dwindling, as the American Empire loses it's
stranglehold on the world.
