Ubuntu 12.04 Beta 2 will be released for download in about 3 hours.
The finished version will be released on the 26th of April, you can download and
use it now though as the beta 2 will become the full release through rolling updates.

I'm using Mint 9, which is based on Ubuntu. It works so good no upgrade seems necessary.
