President’s illegal uncle surrenders license for 45 days

The "Uncle" would be Mr. Onyango Obama.

Last August, he pinged a 0.14 on the Breathalyzer
after getting pulled over by police for driving erratically.

He will surrender his license for 45 days now.

Obama was also put on probation for one year.

His immigration status is also under review.

Onyango Obama — the president’s illegal alien half uncle — admitted to sufficient facts today in his drunken driving bust and his case is being continued without a finding for one year — but he must surrender his license.

Obama, 67, was ordered to give up his license for 45 days, effective today, a Framingham District Court judge ruled. He left court without speaking to the press.

Obama had been waging an aggressive legal battle against Framingham cops ever since he was pulled over Aug. 24 for driving erratically and blowing 0.14 on a Breathalyzer. But his attorney today said it was time to move on. ...

It surprises you the most powerful man in the USA hasn't deported his illegal alien Uncle? The amount of illegal aliens in this country is astounding, but who knows, with the media coverage you may just get your wish and see this man deported, but only because it's an election year. Then again, he could very well be out on the road drinking again in a month or so.

The Obama's administration has 99 problems but an illegal alien Uncle ain't one of them .

Who cares if he's drunk now? By the looks of it, this man is an alcoholic, soooo yeah, unless he's in rehab I'm sure he's drinking something. Hopefully he has no access to a vehicle because drunks don't give a crap about their license and it certainly doesn't stop them from driving.

it's on the last line of the story.

For a first OUI offense, you are fined from $500 to $5,000. You can also be sentenced to up to 2 1/2 years in prison, and your license will be suspended for one year. If a child under 14 is in your car, you will be charged with child endangerment and can face 90 days to 2 1/2 years in prison and loss of your driver's license for one year. You will also be fined from $1,000 to $5,000.
