Sorry I should specify the lowercase 3z was found on the Hillsiode photo, not the Orb photo.

Hillside IMG 3z

On the hillside photo, Defintly looks like a 3 followed by a lowercase cursive z. 3z

Fiorina,

I'm not too sure this will come across, I've not been having a lot of luck getting pics to post so far.......

This is the result I got from changing the hue and saturation levels on the second of DrJim's photo's--the out of focus one with the larger orbs in the valley. I've tried to send the whole photo, to give you an idea of the overall results and then I put a magnifying lens effect over the "key". It came out of the dark smudged area in the valley, and even after a good deal of 'tampering' with the whole image the 'key' remained much the same.

I did not remove or change the colors on individual pixels, but changed the levels on the photo as a whole--and it popped right out. The larger square area on the left end of the 'key' is about 14 pixels sq. But I have no idea what to make of it???.......

Ok, guys......
maybe it will work this way. Sorry to be such a ditz... can I blame it on my relic of a computer???

well, at least I can see it.

The circle is a magnifying lens effect. I wanted you to see the overall pic, so I didn't want to crop it. I got this by altering the hue and saturation levels. Why or what it might mean....I have no idea.

Wild Key

That is some kind of revelation, the key. If you apply the same technique to the rest of the document does anything else come up? What about in the 417/333 pixel using the same technique?

Helen,

I can't be sure, I was using a slider bar in the hue and saturation window, and I had my eye on the preview window--actually looking at another part of the photo, when I noticed the image that had immerged further down. It didn't seem to be tied to one value, I will try it again and watch for a more 'exact moment of change.'

It was also a good bit off from the 417/333 pixel area, location wise.

Conitinents

It actually looks sinilar to the area of the Mediterranean Sea but tilted a bit. Has someone been able to check and sea which country falls on either set of pixels?

I've been trying to 'recreate' the conditions I had when I first noticed the key. ( I had been trying to get a better look at something on the hillside behind, and when I zoomed out I first noticed the 'key')

In coreldraw, in my effects menu, I used the color adjustment hue, saturation, light window. When I change the saturation to a positive 30 with the other two settings still at 0, I begin to see the key in a gray color. If the sat. is moved on to around 70, it becomes plainer, but still gray. Changing the other two settings doesn't make much diff, unless I go too dark. I also tried corel paint, getting much the same result, also by using the selective color-gray adjust, and reducing the black.

The sky still went green, but I didn't get the colors on the key again--so I must have done some thing else before I saw the key.....maybe the solarize effect or the invert....it was late, my head hurt....

Photo shop might arrive at it differently, give it a try.

With zero at the lower left, the key begins at pixel 288,82 to 96
( 14 H x 39 L )
With zero at the upper left, the key begins at pixel 288,-385 to-399

I had no luck getting it with Photoshop. Its interesting that the tip of the key points to the 417/333 coordinates. I can't determine what the map on the top may be.

Oddly enough, the city of Kiyas, TurKEY (???) falls at 41.7000, 33.3333 .

turkey

But, does it mean anything? Was there any mention of the coordinates being maybe longitude/latitude before the Hunt Admin. post that said the answer had been mentioned?

That link may not work so well, but it was to wayhoo.com for the full map of the Turkey area.

As the deadline gets closer, i'm just posting some image comparisons to see what others think.

I reckon one could re-arrange the pixels to make both "keys" match using the main highlights.

Sorry for not crediting the members who spotted these.

I've got an idea.
Keep in mind that this game is fiction.

I think the images are a combo of real and fiction.
This url 1st...www.tuskegeeairmen.org...
Look at the image "Escort to Berlin" and also their badges(someone in the clouds) and compare it to the 2nd image of the 1st post here, www.abovetopsecret.com...

Now these key(s), could resemble badges from this unit,
www.af.mil...
and some history, www.cr.nps.gov...

Note the last 4 digits in the pic (top left) and also how many planes are taking off
in the image, 3!

Sanc'.

edit: further link, www.everworld.com...
Note their call sign "Sub Soil"

Now I have gone nuts

With regard to the 'keys', this has been in the back of my mind.

From www.abovetopsecret.com...

I've inverted, cropped and flipped the image 180deg.

Another key?...on the moon,
Sanc'.
