True but they could just be testing the lights. I remember I once saw lights shining in the sky, I couldn’t work out what it was but it turned out it was due to a football stadium 15 miles away testing out new lights.

If you go to STELLARIUM and plug in your location date and time....you can see what is in the skies above you.
it is a free program and rather amazing...you can look at history too...
