If you ask most former Yugoslavians, they say the major difference before and after the war was that the banks changed. Most of them weren't even sure why they were fighting each other. A large number defected from the army and left, because for years they were told to protect their own, but then suddenly they had to go to war with each other.

It was not a claim, it was a matter of fact and the other week these libyian rebels rounded up a load of blacks and made then eat a flag.

IMF biggest funder is the Federal Reserve thanks to tax payers in the nation, so in other worlds is US shadow power and banking behind the IMF, world bank and now the take over of Libya's resources.

Like you said, we can not have oil out put freely running around the world, that will be a danger to the oil supplies and price control.

Remember people that when the Fed finance the IMF we the people are not privy to the amount that is financed, only what the US quota in the IMF is.

So has the $150 Billion Gadaffi had stashed away already gone? I am kinda surprised that it lasted this long really when terms like 'no fly zone' get corrupted into 'bombing campaigns' and the invasion of a bank precedes the ground force invasion. Despite all the rights and wrongs behind it, Gadaffi is now gone and US / NATO has a responsibility to rebuild the nation, something that does not happen over night.

The financial responsibility demonstrated in this country is now a thing of the past. I expect the multinational entities now have increased profits as the social well being declines and becomes indebted to become more inline with standard economic management around the world. I could see these 'loans' on the way from day one of the campaign.
