Scenarios you have made up to argue your points, because your arguments do not work with what actually happened.

What fact? There's no proof he attacked anyone. You assume he did.

You assume that zimmerman followed trayvon in a pursuit. When in fact, we don't know if he ended that pursuit immediately after the 911 call. We don't know if zimmerman pursued trayvon, and trayvon being confused walks up to gz where gz attacks him for whatever reason. Or trayvon might have felt anger at this guy who seemed to be watching him, and decided to attack him. Its amazing how cases like this happen all the time, but for whatever reason this one is picked out and analyzed and criticized. The system is built on the notion, that its better for some guilty men to go free, than an innocent man to go to jail. That is why there are certain procedures set into place. If we abondon those, and pick and choose for every situation, we will never get anything done. We can't create contingencies for every possible situation. So basically this is how it goes, if they have enough evidence they go to trial, if they don't, then they don't. Thats just how it works.

I'm not the one asserting my assumption as absolute fact. No one knows and no matter how many times they say it, it doesn't make it true.

I have never said, "If Zimmerman didn't attack Trayvon, he'd be alive and that is FACT." To do so would be as foolish as saying Martin attacking Zimmerman is absolute FACT. Only one of the scenarios are true but no one outside of the two parties involved knows for sure what happened.

at any time could the special prosecuter
ect. come out and tell us something.
Now that the evidence we have supports
zimmerman it has made some people
quite upset. It will be ok, call zimmerman
a cop wanabe? Mod wanabe's do not apply..

Do you know of a witness that saw Martin initiating contact with Zimmerman? If you have one that did, then you win. I'm not sure what you were competing for.
