I concur, the BIG worry now is if a terrorist org can get a backpack device or make a dirty bomb, but full out nuclear war? The prospect of that diminishes every year considering the US/Japan, India and China are known to be working on ABM systems at this time. by 2025 when ABM systems come FULLY online the threat of a nuclear war will be greatly diminished.
