And while she is in class and losing it, no one is allowed to restrain her.

But, damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.

A no-win situation.

I am glad that there was nothing nearby that she could have used as a weapon.

And folks wonder how things can go out of hand in schools and other public places?

This whole scenario is absolutely disgusting.

This lady is obviously mentally unbalanced. It's not good she flipped out in public, but things like this happen all the time. Having a mental breakdown is common. I'm not sure why an obviously mentally unbalanced person is a reflection of what all black people talk about behind closed doors. I hope this girl is getting treatment.

wouldn't be surprised if hating white people is part of their culture. Someone should have punched her the hell out.

What the hell is "their culture"? Are you saying all black people share the same culture? So... do you share the Klu Klux Klan culture?

That is true..the only person who did anything was the guy at the end of the video who was telling her to leave and then ended up dragging her out, or at least that is how it appeared.

It was harder to see when they were across the room. I don't know if he was a security guard or another professor or what.

I was suprised she didn't start throwing chairs and turning tables.

Heaven forbid things happen in our world are not pg enough for ATS.

You joined an all-ages forum. The alternative is GLP. I don't mind giving in to a bit of censoring if it's in the name of good taste.

Obviously the video was too "touchy" for ATS. I guess were not grown up enough to have a civil adult conversation about that video, so they remove it.

They might as well remove the entire thread, since people can't see the content anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's not hard to google it. There are very real reasons they need to keep a certain age-appropriateness to ATS. Same reason that we cannot discuss certain recreational substances, even if they naturally occur in our bodies. It has more to do with technicalities than some ambiguous racial conspiracy.

Does no one else see the immense sadness and despair in this scene?
Something inside that girl broke and she has probably ruined any chance of her ever finishing her education and having a fulfilling life.
Her whole future - thrown away in a few minutes.

Someone mentioned a double standard - like when Jason Russell had his meltdown?
He was "under severe stress and dehydration and suffered a reactive psychosis"
Will this girl be shown the same leniency in diagnosis?
I highly doubt it.

To me it is quite a sad thing indeed to see someone break with reality in this way.
I think most try to laugh it off because they know not far under the surface this kind of potential lurks in us all.

A friendly reminder...

Please stick to the actual topic at hand and refrain from going off the rails as to why this particular video has been removed from the thread. Kindly accept the fact that the video was found to be in violation of the T&C and move on. You wouldn't want this thread to resemble Swiss cheese.

Consider this fair warning.

I'm not sure I agree that it was a mental break. I have seen a lot of people get angry and go off on rants like this this and they weren't having a mental break, they just have no contol of their temper.

If that is the case though, and she really was having a mental break then I agree it is a very sad situation. I guess we will have to wait and see if they release any results of a mental evaluation to know for sure.
