!HELP! - ATS RSS feeds and bookmarks

Im getting really lost with this whole RSS thing.
I have managed to get a few working.
Conspiracy Topics RSS Feed www.atsnn.com...
Recent Posts RSS Feed www.abovetopsecret.com...
Terror Analysis RSS Feed www.terroranalysis.com...
I am using FireFox 1.0pr with the SAGE extension [rss reader]
What other links are there that are updated like these.

Now for the ones that are confusing me.
When you enter a forum,say Aliens & UFO's,at the top is
and the URL for it is www.abovetopsecret.com...
Now how do I use this as when I click on it,I am asked to save it.I try adding it as a bookmark,but it does nothing.
Am I doing something wrong here?

I assume there are two different types of RSS here?One is a feed and the other is.......

I right click...and say Bookmark This Link... then I open the RSS reader...and click on the Forum RSS that should be at the bottom of your bookmarks.

BTW....Sage doesnt seem to work with 1PR....get the other RSS Reader Panel.

I have Firefox 1.0PR and all of my RSS/XML feeds are available through the new "Live Bookmarks" feature.

To find out how to use the Live Bookmarks feature in 1.0PR, visit this link... www.mozilla.org...

I find it better than Sage or the RSS Reader extension.

It seems to be working for me.
For the feeds,I click VIEW/SIDEBAR/RSS READER
I then click on say Recent Posts RSS Feed and it loads the recent posts made.
But like the other ones in each forum,I am lost on.

What other reader is there?

So should I use what?
I cant see an uninstall for sage.
Also,I think I did try what is said on that page and get errors when trying to read.

Ok,just did what they say on that page just incase:

Add Live Bookmarks manually

Some sites don't tell Firefox that they support Live Bookmarks, even though they actually do. If you know the URL of a site's RSS feed (url ends with .rdf or .xml), you can manually create a Live Bookmark for the site. Go to the Bookmarks menu and select 'Manage Bookmarks'. Under the 'File Menu', select 'New Live Bookmark'. Create a name for the Live Bookmark and add the URL. New articles from that site will appear as Live Bookmarks in Firefox.

Now when I click on my toolbar bookmark folder [RSS BOOKMARKS/ATS - Alien & UFO] it says 'Live bookmark feed failed to load'

Ok,,,it appears I dont have sage but that rss reader 1.7
I think I was looking at sage maybe but didnt go with it.
Anyway,I still get the error.

Ok,I have it all working great now.
Using SAGE rather than RSS READER and works great!
I have got all the ATS feeds working except for the ALIEN/UFO forum feed.Maybe a MOD should have a look at it?
Other than that,SAGE works great with all the feeds.
