Citizen's of the World.

"We the People of the United States of America". This is easily the most important statement made in the last three hundred years of world history. This event marked the beginning of a fundamental shift, in human progression. Since the idea of all humanity being equal was planted like a seed into the minds of the middle and lower class, we have flourished and advanced in all fields of society exponentially. In this country multiple cultures merged over time to create a synthesis of the best of all; and these unified people rose up against their foreign sovereign lord. This new country fought old family and friends to gain their freedom from the banking and shipping firms who controlled the strings of the British monarchy. Fiery, impassioned, and politically savvy men wrought these changes, understanding it was for the better of the whole to do so, and to force people too understand the enemy that was at hand. The rich men that they defeated have survived, by male lineage since that time. These men have silently crept back into the new nation, reforming their structure of power by investing in industry, political lobbying, and outright extortion. These men have occasionally been exposed and caught, but it is just a lesser member of the whole; and the full plot is never revealed. Earth's citizen's have been deluded to the fact that their right's, and her resources have been ripped out and flaunted in their faces numerous times by the Multi-National Corporation owner's; which compromise roughly the top point zero zero five percent of the population. This small percentage of the worlds population controls roughly sixty percent of the wealth on our planet, and they wish this to be higher. These men are no longer only citizen's of The United Kingdom or The United States of America; they have seeped their power around the world. These men are the enemy's of all that is human, and they must be stopped. The common people whether this be celebrity status, the small business owner, teacher, doctor, athlete, food industry worker, poor sustenance farmer, nomadic tribe, or any occupation, blue collar, white collar, African American, African, Caucasian, Asian, Middle Eastern, Israeli, Indian, or any other cultural ethnicity; these men are the ones oppressing and subjugating you. They do this to the poor, those who have no job, no home, a lack of education, those who are in un-ending debt because of inflationary charges, those who are denied basic medical supplies, lacking in food or clean water, those who are sent to war to die for false truth's perverted as freedom and democracy, to those who fight the perversion, and finally to those who are persecuted because of their religious or political views. We are all brothers and sister's of this planet, and we are the ones who are oppressed. We are the ones who must passively fight back for the citizens government. If they do not wish to comply then we must forcefully retake it: per instructions from the founding fathers, and the social trend throughout history.

Government has been since the beginning of time, the struggle between those who oppress, and those who are oppressed. It is a fickle battle of the greed of some who will cross any moral boundary to attain such wealth; against those that are on the receiving end of said oppression. The inevitable end to all governmental institution's is collapse. The fall of all civilizations can be traced to conquer, monetary collapse, or civil unrest without a planned out form of government afterwards. If a Government is not ousted by another country or falls into economic ruin there is still a chance of survival at that present state. The emerging powers founder's knew this when they started that powder keg war two hundred and thirty five years ago, as they knew at that time that there was not yet a way to attain true democracy. In its place a Republic was instituted, with all of the bureaucratic entrapping's this entails. These men set up fail safe's in the framework of the new government, to Yet they were incapable of understanding what the Industrial Revolution would produce, and the shift that human labor would take. They would also be incapable of understand the advances that have been made in Social Sciences. A small group of people, left unhindered to rule a government will invariably become corrupt, or in the pockets of those who are. In reality if the means of trade are controlled by any number of people, not being the ones who are trading with it, the Government shall fall, no matter under any circumstances. If the flow of information is to be controlled, by any force other than the people, than those people shall have no reality to life, and shall live in a daze. Eventually the people will break through the daze. For those who break through the daze, a warning upon you prepare, but be silent when the time has come there will be a spark, and we shall become one. It is best to wait and prepare for this spark, rather than to force your own hand revealing your plans.

The citizens of America are fed images of third world countries, were children are bloated from starvation, and constant internal war is waged by the civilians against themselves. Then we are fed images of Dictatorial states where the citizen's live in fear in oppression. We are fed disillusioning images of an outside world that is portrayed as heathen savages. Thus filled with shame and embarrassment at our own situation for being born inside imaginary lines we send monetary sums for food, shelter, medicine, and clothing. In the last sixty year's we have been doing this, nothing has changed in these countries. The current system of sending money and hoping it helps does not work, the only thing that has changed in these countries is the level of genocide. A wise man long dead once said, "If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day, if you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime." This is true of all things in life. Education and wisdom are the difference between life and death. The common people must learn this and rise above even their own expectations of themselves. We are all one people on this rock in space, and we all deserve the same opportunities. Therefore a new system of teaching them how to rebuild there own infrastructure, new agricultural techniques, and science, all while allowing them to retain their own culture and history.

United humanity is capable of overcoming every obstacle in our path, excluding death. Even if there was a way to cheat death, and live for eternity would any sane person truly wish this, especially if only to keep it to themselves. Imagine being incapable of death, living through the suffering of countless other's. Only a mad man or a tyrant would be capable of enacting such a curse upon themselves. Every man has his end, and every person must meet it, do not fear death embrace it. Wether there is god or no god, we all exit this world in the same manner; with one lasts sharp intake, and then the entrance into oblivion. Therefore no man should exit this world, unless through his own hands, and at his moment of choice within reason.

Alas the time for the need of Republic's, Kingdom's, Socialist State's, Tyrant's, or any derivatives thereof is nigh, with new technology comes better way's. The last form of government to be proposed was 163 years in the past. The people have forgotten the need of urging checks on their government, and renewing the social contract. The government has subdued the people with knick knack's and trinket's. Staring in to portals of light becoming mindless zombie's, slaving away in un-conducive working environments. The people have been denied to remember their right to protect from both enemies foreign, and DOMESTIC. The people have been lead by the wolf of Fascism, disguised as the sheep of Democracy. On Democracy, it has only truly worked in a direct democratic fashion, this entails small cities and towns. Due this nature the idea of a republic was fostered. Republic's have been instituted, and met their ends through conquer, and tyranny. With any form of government in which one person rule's the many, the end result is open rebellion and warfare.Yet in the last twenty years a new invention has been introduced to the public, sending information flying through the air, it is capable of transferring information in an instant from a small rice paddy in China, to a Midwest town in America. When information can be transferred this fast, lies are exposed before they are perpetrated. Any person who does not wish to be blindly led by the nose, can find the information, exposing these lies. This modern day printing press can be used for many applications of everyday life, from the selling of goods, to the capture of criminals. It is a marvel of technology, and through such means our species may ascend to a society of collective goodwill towards all man. The idea of a Democracy implemented through this device has been put forward before, but was lacking in a clear decisive form of action, setup of the system, and a form in which people retain, and follow their rights. It is time for that to change, and for humanity to become one.

The current American system of society can be easily portrayed as a Roman system. We easily are the dominant system of power on the planet through force, culture, and entertainment. Our society can also be labeled by class system's . We have the three basic social hierarchy's evident in all societies. Their is the wealthy citizen's, in whose role has changed with time but may still be labeled as Patrician's. We then have the middle class, whose role has not changed these are small business owners, artisan crafter's, and low level government employees, labeled as Equites. Then you have the poor, these are physical labor and service industry workers, these are the Plebeian's. While we then have our slave labour, which has came through substandard imported goods Along with these class systems capitalism has created two perversions to the class system structure. It has created the ultra-wealthy, and the ultra-poor, or as Karl Marx said, lumpenproletariat. For a society of true equality these five class systems must all be abolished and a system of Meritocracy fused with Democracy must be formed. This will institute a society in which all people are born equal, and shall progress in their social status through their own diligence and hard work. Each man and woman must secure there own place in society; not through wealth or inheritance, but through what they are capable and willing to do.

The American people have endured many trials and hardships, throughout the formation of their country. They were required to carve out their names in the annals of historical nations. These industrious people settled a new and untouched land with all the dangers this presented. Creating a society is no easy feat, and these people have formed one that spans across an entire continent. The saddening part is the descendants of these great people have lost their spark of humanity. The majority of this society has become complacent, lazy, apathetic, and weak. The citizens of this nation have lost their drive for a better society, and meekly accept the tribulations they are put through not from themselves but by the government. These citizens have been put into a form of slavery in which the shackles are invisible, a new form known as debt slavery. The wealth of this country has been siphoned off of the people through the money laundering system known as The Federal Reserve Bank. This has left this country lacking in important aspects, such as an aging infrastructure, corrupt politicians, un-healthy food, re-birth of corporate monopolies, and media which speaks in half-truths. This corruption and laundering must be put to a stop, and a new form of government put in place. This new idea of government shall be to the people, a rebuilding process. The struggle will not be an easy path, but is the path that is righteous, and just.

When the people are no longer represented by the government, the government represents only the ideas that benefits itself. The shadow men who control government of the United States of America represents only what interests themselves, and their pocket books. We American citizen's are partially at fault for our negligence, enabling ease in which these men pulled their evil wool over our eyes. As such it is our duty not only to ourselves, but the rest of the world to bring these men forward to justice; and for them to be tried in a judicial court of law. The proceeding's though shall not be judged by a group of jurors, but by every person inside of the American borders. The crimes these men stand accused of are racketeering, money laundering, conspiracy to commit treason, treason, drug trafficking, corruption of government officials, corruption of corporate enterprise, monopolization of corporate enterprise, tax evasion, attempted corruption of the youth, the overthrow of sovereign Democratic nations into dictatorships, innumerable counts of murder in the first degree, the insertion of harmful chemicals into the food supply, the use of radioactive materials for warfare, etc. These men have committed virtually every crime one may commit against the whole of society, including war crimes. The punishment for such massive crime's must be harsh and enduring. These men shall be stripped of all rank, and title. They shall have all assets liquidated including private and corporate. Said assets shall then be used to replenish national coffers, pay off all national debt, and all remaining wealth shall be distributed evenly among the public. They will then be put into permanent exile on a remote island and shall receive no foreign or domestic supplies, goods, or support. These men have knowingly perpetrated war crimes against humanity in a shadow war for too long, it is time for the battle to end.

On the Subject of Law and the State.

It must be known to all people that personal responsibility, is the key and foremost law of this new governmental system. "To every action their is an equal and opposite reaction." Newton You must think before you act in an advanced society. You must consider the consequences of the action; rule out the truly amoral choices, and choose the best course for society as a whole. In this new system a non-redundant Internet based democracy will be instituted. This system shall be set up concentrically by location; in America it will be instituted in fashion of county, state, and federal, in all other countries it shall be implemented by county, province, and Federal.

A World Ethic's and Law Consortium shall be established, and will be mandatory for all countries to participate in. The resulting decision's of the people indicating what social rules should be established. The top doctor (respectively from each field) of sociology, psychology, philosophy, and criminal justice; shall comprise the party which is represented by each country. The goal of the World Ethic's and Law Consortium is to set up a universal code of ethics and law, for all people of the planet to follow. They will meet on the fifth year mark every decade to revise and update said laws. This will simplify international justice by creating a standardized system of law by which all humanity is subject to. Said dignitaries shall then return to their country of origin and establish a school for justices of the law, whose job it shall be to act as juror's in a court of law. These individuals must retain a Ph.D or masters degree in all fields labeled above, along with a mandatory psychological evaluation every year. A second board of jurors will sit opposite of the selected board, and shall be comprised of locals drawn at random, from the area in which the crime took place.

A World Issues Committee will be established, the duty of this body shall be to observe world problems; come up with a rational and just solution, and to then implement change. All federal governments shall be under the jurisdiction of the World Issues Committee. All federal governments shall be removed of all military forces and equipment, said forces will be stationed in their country of origin, and said equipment shall be placed in the hands of the World Issues Committee, to be melted down and reclaimed. All Governments of the planet Earth must be in attendance in the World Issues Committee.

All Free Citizens irregardless of origin retain the right to responsibly bear arms. All armaments must be registered with the World Issues Committee, safety usage classes must also be taken. If one is found to partake in irresponsible actions with said arms; the right to retain them shall be stripped from said citizen, if said citizen was committing a criminal act they are to be put in front of a jury of the World Ethics and Law Consortium. If an offender is found in possession of arms; after such action is taken, they are to be put in front of a jury of the World Ethic's and Law Consortium. No person may kill another unless ones self, or another is in imminent danger.

The World Issues Committee retain's the right to regulate fair and just banking, and business practices. No business shall remain intact, unless they are to follow the practices as following.

I. All business must ensure the safety of their employee's on clock, unless said injury is caused through the employee's own inaction. Said business is liable for all injuries on clock unless it is deemed to be through the own inaction of said employee.

II. All business's must pay their employee's a wage that is relatively higher than the average cost of living. No business may pay any employee below the fluctuating wage, and if found to be committing such crime shall be put in front of jurors of the World Ethic's and Law Consortium.

III. No business may give an adult employee under or over forty hours of work in one week. If a business is found to be committing such a crime they are to be put in front of jurors of the World Ethic's and Law Consortium.

Please tell me what you think, it is not completed, but I necessitate exterior input before completion.

You're just proposing slightly different regulations! We need an end to regulation! It's what's holding us back! We need major deregulation! Not different ones! Whenever you give a group the monopoly of the use of force you will get tyranny! You will get corruption!

We need an end to government! Not more of it! I mean just think about this, america was formed as you say to get away from oppression and regulation! It was the biggest experiment for freedom and small government! Now look at it! Small government will always grow to big government! It will always breed corruption!

Anarchy is the only way to go! We need to value the individual over everything! If we did look after each other and protect each other rights to freedom we would all be free!

One of your proposals was to have people working no more or no less than 40 hours! What about people that choose to work less or more? They have no say in it? You say people should take lessons in guns etc, how much training do soldiers endure? Yet you still get the odd one that starts shooting up the place! But any way there are a million and one ways to kill someone! Why not regulate kitchen knives too? Or baseball bats? Or fists?

At the end of the day I am an adult! I do not need to ask permission (license) off another adult to do anything! Now if I am not responsible and I cause injury or loss to another person or their freedoms I would face the consequences!

I think that I would hire no employees under your system. There would seem to be no reason to take the risk of starting a company under your system.

I'm not proposing regulations, laws are open for discussion that's why I asked for others opinions. What I mean on gun classes is making sure those who do posess firearms know proper maintenance and storage. The registration would be to know who legally posess firearms, and to keep track of them to ensure only criminals have un-registered weapons. Also anarchy only leads to more violence; when one is not accountable for their actions, what point is there in society.

I agree with you on many of your points and i think you show an intelligent and insightful analysis of history...
however, I believe the problem in the US and in many democracies worldwide is of corruption, and that corruption is not systemic of the system of democracy, but of the system of exploitative business practices. I feel that the age we live in is the age in which corporate power starts to surpass government power, and that what we are seeing is governments representing only business interests. This is not the spirit in which these systems were set up and not the spirit with which they pretend to operate.
There is a knew religion that has swept through the world, a religion that has no basis in morality and justice, a religion that encourages exploitation and dishonesty, I call it business ethics. I feel my position differs from yours in that i feel we need a systemic change in the system of capital and finance, rather than in the system of representation. First we need to sort out the money (nationalised central banks), then we need to sort out business practices (workers cooperatives). As for the existing elite, part of me says they must die, but then we look at history and we see that is clearly the wrong path. Nobody wants to do a Stalin. Maybe the thing to do is show them compassion and franchise them as equal citizens.
A system of meritocracy requires equal oportunities, and feel it cannot happen without a completely free education system that one can come back to to retrain at any point in your life. This would remove some of the pressure from our young people to succeed at such an early stage, and allow them to develope as people and gain a sense of understanding before they are forced to make life changing choices about what they want to do. Without this I fear you risk alienating whole sections of society as happens now. In line with this we need fair wages. People in my country always talk about unemployment being caused by laziness, but watch how quickly these 'lazy','bone idol','ferrol','feckless',and 'immoral' young people take jobs if you pay them a fair wage.
KwisatzHaderach, it gave me hope reading your post that there are people waking up to this as i feel we share much common ground... i differ in that i think we can (at least at the time of writing) we can stop this culture of exploitaion, and we needn't destroy and build again. I do write from a different country (Britain) with different laws and culture, but i feel both our societies suffer the same sickness.
i'd like add to your statement

1.free eduction for all regardless of age, ability to pay or chosen field.
2.nationalisation of all the peoples interests (water, transport, health etc), following reform to the system of representation ensuring full democratic acountability to the common interest.
3.equal ownership of businesses to all employees of that business.

just my view offered for the purpose of discussion.

How so; by eliminating the ability for corporations to take advantage of the worker, it gets rid of the incentive for business growth? This is a logical fallacy; when workers are given better pay they are driven to work harder with a better attitude, thus causing an increase in profits.

Actually we don't disagree in the slightest. The idea of free education, and nationalization of infrastructure are very good ideas. I do believe taxes should be used to continue the upkeep of such systems. Yes we do need to stop them from the current corporate ethics system, but if protest and demand do not work then Armed Revolution will be necessary. As you said you do not know the situation of America, I do not know the situation of Britain, it may be easier over there.

Everything you put forward is regulation! Laws are regulations! I don't need to register anything with anyone! Simple. And as I've said all this small government has been tried before and failed! Just look at america now! Why didn't you address that?

Anarchy = more violence? Really? Wow, so I guess the government doesn't do violence then? I guess the millions and millions killed via government wars didn't happen? Who said people wouldn't be accountable? You break into my house and I'll shoot you! How is that for accountability? lol No need to steal off people to provide the criminals room and board!

Bur seriously what we need is real education! Not the crap that passes for education these days! Check out free domain radio, you will find all the answers to your questions of anarchy there! Stefan's books and videos are all free to download! You will find it highly enlightening!

You have obviously never run a business, and likely not even taken an economics course.

II. All business's must pay their employee's a wage that is relatively higher than the average cost of living. No business may pay any employee below the fluctuating wage,
Think logically about this for a minute. This plan is just begging for an inflationary spiral. Raising wages increases the costs of manufacturing the product or providing the service. You do understand that, right? So, if costs go up then prices go up, which lowers your buying power. Then what raise wages again?

and if found to be committing such crime shall be put in front of jurors of the World Ethic's and Law Consortium.
There is a huge source of tyranny right there. I don't believe in world government, corruption is bad enough at the state and national levels. Giving control over the world to a select few will breed a worse tyranny then we have ever seen so far.

III. No business may give an adult employee under or over forty hours of work in one week. If a business is found to be committing such a crime they are to be put in front of jurors of the World Ethic's and Law Consortium.
What if I want to work more so I can buy a house? Or so my wife and I can both have a car? or just to build a savings cushion in case of hard times? Thus you are requiring the company to have even more workers, again increasing costs, or to cut production to what can be produced within the 40 hour time frame. That reduces product availability which increases it's relative value which raises it's price making it less affordable for those who wish to purchase it. Increasing cost of living.

No I put forward ideas for laws not laws, theories are not set in stone. You did not make a sufficient argument in context for me to address it, I'm putting forward an idea where there is no Bureaucracy have it regulated by computers. Therefore the only government jobs would be infrastructural repair workers and scientist. When did I say anything about government not killing people, think man. Also for your information I'm native American, so I know about government slaughter. Yes we do need a revamp of the education system. If somebody breaks into your house, and they have a weapon by all means shoot them then. If not then use hand to hand combat, killing is not necessary in all situations. Yes anarchy does instigate violence because there is no need for peace, an every man for themselves mentality helps no one.

Have a star for knowing what you are talking about and using reasoning. I swear some people will demand tyranny! It's like they can see no other way to operate! The funny thing is if we're such savages and so stupid that we can not make our own decisions why allow us to vote? Why allow us to choose who we marry? Why let us choose what to eat and what to wear? If people really think government knows best why not let them make every decision in our lives?

Critical thinking and common sense are severely lacking in this day an age!

Lol oh yes I really want a computer to run my life! It doesn't matter if you would allow people to tweak the laws, the fact is we shouldn't have them in the first place! All we need is common sense/common law, you can't steal (that includes tax) you can't kill or hurt anyone, unless in self defense. That's pretty much it and it goes without saying!

You say you're a native, so were you all killing each other and stealing off each other before the good old westerners came to save the savages? Humans are social creatures so it would never be every man for himself! Your telling me that if government wasn't there tomorrow you would stop giving a damn about people? Come on!

I didn't give you enough to address it? eh? America started with small government small regulation, now it is the monolith government with thousands upon thousands of regulations! Why can you not address that?

Edit: Oh and as for the "if they're not armed thing"... What if you are not a fighter? What if you fought them and lost? What if you are disabled? What if a gang come in to rape your family? How would you even know? Sorry but break into my home I would not stop to find out what their intentions were or whether they were armed or not!

Governments have killed and suppressed more people than anything else in history! Anarchy has not my friend, go check out the site, you will be surprised with what you find, all the evidence is there.

No I have not ran a business since I'm nineteen, and yes I have taken an economics class, I made a one hundred percent grade in the class. Yes I understand that raising wages causes increase in cost that is a simple correlation. That's why you have a fixed amount of capital. To ensure that when prices go up and wages stay the same, if that company does not offer a reason for consumers to by their product, said company goes under. Where does that indicate tyranny, a duel board of regular citizens and professionals, to indite criminals in a judicial court of law. That means at one job, if you wish to have more than one job then by all means go for it. Also eventually all factories will use robotics anyway's so your point is moot. I see a future in which no person has to participate in physical labor beyond construction and repairs.

A revolving citizen (including all forms, non discriminatory in any sense, no matter the history or job or past) world committee and a revolving citizen local government body( same non discriminatory either no matter what)

Other than that....I love your energy

How would it run your life a democratic system in which the people vote for what they want, on a local, state, federal, and world level, each day? Yes native Americans did steal, kill, and rape, before the white man showed up. Do not call native Americans savages. Yes small government is better where have I indicated that I believe differently. Those situations would indicate self defense which I covered. Also the only reason anarchy hasn't had any recorded deaths is because the last time anarchy reined supreme we couldn't write yet.

I've toyed with pretty much every system there is over my life and anarchism is the only one that isn't just more tweaked government control!

Also you've been reading up on the venus project haven't you?
