If........

8804679= 7 & 2 to an overall total of (11)
9462001= 4 & 3 to an overall total of (8)
7758914= 5 & 3 to an overall total of (9)
9989998= 5 & 4 to an overall total of (11)
0000000= 3 & 4 to an overall total of (8)

2498874=(?&? to an overall total of (?) )

Don't give away the solution, be crafty, keep peoples minds working for a while, Bear in mind that there are multiple solutions to every answer including the overall total

VVHintsVV

This Is not Conspiracy related.
The Overall total requires only simple adding skills.
....Shapes.
(&) is not a mathematical symbol it purely means (and) to suggest separation.
EX: 1=1&0 to an overall total of (3) would be correct.

Maybe post your own Solution rather than the one in question just to show your on the ball

I just got out of bed 5mins ago and now this is doing my head in, im sure there is a really simple solution to this, but it takes me about 20mins to wake up from being partially retarded every day lol.

Okay so you said I have to add what to what?

posted on Mar, 18 2012 @ 06:04 PM

There will be face-palms all round when people eventually realize what Ive done lol be content in the fact that there will be many others with this niggling on their minds right now

posted on Mar, 18 2012 @ 06:06 PM

Well really you have to add the answer together to get the overall total but it's not as simple as just adding numbers together

I'll guess it's........2012 or 0 or something that is going to link it to 12-21-12.

Nope i can safely say this is in no way conspiracy related, Just a bit of fun

I don't even know what it means? Just checked mathematical symbols for & and couldn't find it. If you mean 'and' as in 7 and 2, why didn't you just say 9?

posted on Mar, 18 2012 @ 06:19 PM

Well i could, but then again that would have suggested no initial separation of the solution, but if you wanted the answer to be (?=9 to an overall total of 1) i would have to agree that you would be correct

At last, I know the identity of an ATS user in real life!

Thats you Mr Hardwick! My Year 9 maths teacher, still as frustrating as hell I see!!!

I see some patterns there, maybe just in my head, but will give it a go.

8804679= 7 & 2 to an overall total of (11)
9462001= 4 & 3 to an overall total of (8)
7758914= 5 & 3 to an overall total of (9)
9989998= 5 & 4 to an overall total of (11)
0000000= 3 & 4 to an overall total of (8)

2498874= . & . to an overall total of .
next ???
7751002= 4 & 5 to an overall total of (11)

PUT ME OUT OF MY MISERY PLEASE OP!!!!!

I've been waiting for an answer all day!

posted on Mar, 19 2012 @ 07:59 AM

Rightio, here we go:

Example:

2844969= 5&3 ( the amount of complete full circles and numbers incorporating straight lines in the number sequence) to a total of (9) (the number of straight lines and full circles in the original number sequence and the answer combined to an overall total)

Facepalms?

Meaning the answer could be portrayed in many ways such as:

2844969=8 to an overall total of (9)
2844969=4&4 to an overall total of (10)

Basically the solution has many, many different answers but it doesn't matter as long as the Number of full circles and numbers incorporating straight lines into the numbers are taken into account

I hate you so much right now!!!
Racked my brains all day!

I said there would be face-palms all round

Glad i only spent 20minutes on that lol i never would of gone to that logic, i was trying to find number patterns from rows below and above etc, damn circles and straight lines! You are the devil!! hahaha

Just wait. I'm going to try another puzzle soon where i incorporate the solution into the pixels of the Numbers with Photoshop editing, Now that's really gonna grind some noggins

I thought the answer was always 42!
