I've tried to listen to the live show many times without any luck. The streaming window opens without any problems but it never gets past the loading icon.

Is it only available to US & UK members?

My husband is a musician. Is this happening today? Can he perform live via skype or do you need a recording?

I'm in Holland and all ATS Radio shows work fine here. It's internet streaming. You could be missing a codec or something but Firefox (at least) should tell you if you try to listen to content which it has no plugin for. Hope it helps.

I'm pretty sure the codecs are all there and working.

I can get the screen up for the stream but it never seems to get past displaying the loading icon.

I've tried it will Chrome, IE & Firefox but all seem to do the same.

The next time it's on, I'll give it a go with Ubuntu running Firefox.
