I would think a citizen would be protected by the Good Samaritan Act if he intervened in a situation where the law was clearly out of control and unaware of the circumstances. I would see this as stopping the man from being killed by an ill-trained law dog. What a pant load..

If the emt were already their how could the cops not know this was a medical emergency!?! I love how this man just wants an apology so what do the cops do they blame the family. Bet this would not have happened if the guy was white.

Where are they getting our police officers these days? Is there some kind of island somewhere that breeds robots with brain-dead people to which we are finding cops these days?

HOW are they this stupid? WHY do we keep hearing news reports revealing officers acting completely BRAIN-DEAD with absolute UNACCEPTABLE behavior? What the HECK is going on?
