Not that I don't think that they are modifying the weather, but a little bit of research will show that all the planets have been affected in some way, not just earth. The weather mod is just adding to the problem, one we have no control over.

I am watching as well, and if the New Madrid fault produces a quake, it will affect me here in SW Ohio. I hope it doesn't happen, but won't be surprised if it does. There are so many people here that are not mentally prepared but with some of the recent tornado's around the area, I think people are seeing that things can change very quickly.

There is nothing that says they are becoming more frequent.
