20 year old Stillwater, Minn. resident, Samual Armstrong Tilley was charged with going 205 mph on a Honda 1000 motorcycle, Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004. State Patrol pilot said that is the fastest anyone has been ticketed in the states history. Tilley had been racing another motorcyclist before finally being pulled over by ground troopers.
