you should add a projected path, and a location of said HAARP... That's the very least. For instance, why wouldn't the HAARP station be built to withstand wind??

Minimal but not misleading .WA is a state ,there is an aleged facility in the area and its a massive spiral formation. well maybe the "destroy"part is over the top.Its definitely not a Hurricane though
