Shopping amid a massacre: Leaked e-mails from Syria's regime

us.cnn.com

The e-mails were obtained by CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360" from a source in the region after the e-mail accounts were hacked.

.
They appear to shed light on a family often occupied with YouTube videos and shopping while the brutal crackdown continued, and they also apparently reveal some of Iran's influence over Syria's president.

CNN Never Gives up with its BS Propaganda does it? and why is it nonsense look in the article.

[The e-mails were obtained by CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360" from a source in the region after the e-mail accounts were hacked. ]

Really some Mr Ex CIA Anderson Cooper managed to get the e-mails from a source in the region after the e-mail accounts were hacked?

You have to be joking me Is Anderson Cooper doing this for the TV Ratings? if so its pretty obvious.

After the Danny activist no one is buying nor believing CNN nonsense and as you can see CNN isn't giving up with its War propaganda.

When I first heard this story on the news I was like, are you serious? Sometimes the stuff they report on is just...I don't kow what to call it. Is this supposed to whip us into a frenzy? I sincerely hope not because I am not impressed in the least. You would think with the thousands of murders the UN has chosen to aknowledge, they would come back with a better investigative effort.

Sounds just as ridiculous as the "Bin laden watching porn while being attacked" stories

My point is, I am trying to figure out what they hope to gain with these assinine stories, so if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated

From the article:

CNN has tried to reach Mortada to ask about the authenticity of the e-mails but so far has received no response.

Pretty much tells you these have no real source.

The warmongering is really shooting up now, hopefully with the coming protest actions this summer we can delay it.

Such denial.

If it doesn't paint Syria and Iran in a good light , i guess it's not true in any form.

Denial at its best.

----

If i live in Mississippi and there is a revolution going on in New York , im not going to stop going to the mall or out to eat or buying Itunes. It's not affecting my life on a day-to-day basis , just those in New York (City).

I cant really look down on him simply because he is continuing his life. I look down on him because he is shattering innocent people along with the Rebels , his target.

----

However , i personally do not see the Syrian Rebels winning this war in their current state. It would require mass defections from the Military or Intervention from another country.

Iran sending 15000 trained personnel (Iranian special forces aren't weak , they are radical Islamist with hardcore training) isnt helping the situation. Those 15000 radical military personnel shouldnt have a problem quelling this rebellion on their own.

Iran's ability to conduct war is on par with Russia , but with extremism and much fewer numbers. Iran is not to be joked about, if we attack , Iran will kill U.S / NATO military peronnell on a much larger scale than you have seen in the last 10 years.

See I would suggest something.Check the recent 120 french spec ops units captured in Syria. You will be surprised at the weaponry of the rebels, aka turkish backed muslim brotherhood.Way better than syrian army.

Things are not like what they seem at all. Russia recently permitted NATO a logistical base in Russia for afghan ops. Double game? backdoor deal? It seems that USA toned its criticism of syria since that deal.

Syrian leader's private e-mails exposed

Really? his exposed even though they cant verify them?

CNN new story headline

How Bashar al-Assad fooled the world

Frida Ghitis: The e-mails reveal that the Syrian president has been fooling the West all along

You have to be joking me.but wait here's the drums of war part.

(CNN) -- One long, brutal year has passed since the Syrian people launched their revolution, demanding an end to the dictatorship of President Bashar al-Assad. Since then, the regime has killed at least 8,000 people, according to the U.N., and it has sent the rest of the world a quiet but blunt message: You are fools.

The Guardian obtained 3,000 e-mails from private accounts used by the president, under the address sam@alshahba.com, and his wife, Asma, as ak@alshahba.com.

I have something to ad almost anyone can create such fake email accounts its pretty easy to do.

March 16, 2012 — WASHINGTON (AP) — Actor George Clooney and his father have been arrested at a protest outside the Sudanese Embassy in Washington.

The protesters accuse Sudan's president, Omar al-Bashir, of provoking a humanitarian crisis and blocking food and aid from entering the Nuba Mountains in the county's border region with South Sudan. Clooney, his father, Nick and others, including Democratic U.S. Rep. Jim Moran of Virginia and NAACP President Ben Jealous, were arrested after being warned three times not to cross a police line outside the embassy. They were handcuffed and placed into a U.S. Secret Service van.
