I'm watching this documentary right now on Netflix ,released in 2004, 8 years ago, doesn't even seem that long ago; I'd like to see a updated version
of this documentary or one like it that shows the progress of the....
the 87 Billion dollar infrastructure budget we said was going into that country to rebuild it..
here's a snippet of it.. but, it doesn't do it justice..
ETA: it's just not about the infrastructure .. but the the entire country itself.

Thanks for this, I'm on part 2 and it's really interesting(and horrifying). It's fascinating to see how a "regular Joe" is willing to move out of
his comfort zone and risk his life to gain a better understanding of something. S&F.
