And, just checked a few of the books that you referenced.

I want to read THIS ONE, because it is not one I've seen....but based on the title, I would NEVER buy a piece of crap of that sort.

Still, debunking it point-by-point would be fun...and productive....

You are trolling because you are doing nothing but aimlessly rambling. Yes, we get that you "dont like the pictures"

You have made your point, yet you keep making comments with absolutely no substance.

You are trolling. Not cool.

Dude, you need to get off my back without quoting what I say.
I ain't excatally sure what a troll is but you seem to be the one under the bridge waiting to ponce and provoke.
I will not ask you please again.

Hi Xxtro,
Your post brings some need humor to this tense disscusion.LOL
And I think it was parked just around the corner from the Apollo Theater.
(not really)
Why are some folks so determined to convert others thoughts and ideas with there own perception of imagery? One sees what they see and they own that.
Thanks for the chuckle

I agree that people filter all their "evidence" to match their beliefs. Time and time again we see the case where you can have 100 scientist all agree with one thing and someone focuses on one guy with a conspiracy and BAM he is right and the 100 scientist are wrong, or better yet, they are a part of the lie...

The idea of looking at everything and letting the chips fall where they may is a lost skill...

This is what these forums are all about, take a valid debate.. let it descend in to insults.. debate ends.

Don't rise to it, just carry on being reasonable! It is a cheap trick to stifle debate, throw some insults and then we get angry and lose our composure.. say something stupid in the heat of the moment then our debate is void.

Just ignore it..Some people live on here, others have lives.. Others are paid to be in here, that is why you can leave the site for a year and come back and find the same names debating the same things.

This is the review of the book about Wernher von Braun, that you mentioned.

The "morality" of using a (maybe) former Nazi is of course worthy of discussion.

The FACT that von Braun was a genius? And, was instrumental in the success of Apollo??

Do you really want to open that can of worms??

The idea of getting to the moon was to prove American values and capitalism was superior to communism. By using a Nazi scientist to lead the race because American scientists couldn't do it without help..all honour in achieving it (allegedly) is void..

Hey,
This looks like good advice.
I heard about a guy Obama made a Czar of disinformation and whatnot.
Some here fit the bill.
All I want to do is warn folks that are not familiar with these photographs and the space program in general.
Not to believe every thing you see that someone tries to shove down your throat.
Make up your own mind. Get all sides of the story first.
Not sure if your post was directed to me but thanks just the same.

I hear you mag,
But please take into consideration all the brave and very hard working folks.
Not to mention the tons of patriots and true intelectuals like Wherner that were at least striving for a noble goal.
It makes me cringe when I think of the super people that died right here in the atmospher. The wool was pulled over thier eyes also if a man truly has not set foot on the moon. The latest pictures presented here do not in my opinion make the case. I remember reading where von Braun had tears in his eyes when he was on his death bed. Did you ever read that?

Were any of those rockets capable of landing man on the moon?

Von Braun changed both warfare and space travel.

Well, you wouldn't mind me asking you to support your claim then, right?
What you "think" just doesn't quite cut it.

Where did you launch them, what kind of launch apparatus did you have, how big was it, what kind of fuel did you use, what guidance mechanism was used, and how high did it go?

I understand the amateur record is like 4,400 feet. You'd be lucky to seed a rain cloud at that altitude.

Hello Webstra
The Apollo rockets didn't go to the moon usually they just launched the command modules and what ever was in them. They were supposed to set the module in orbit around the earth and then a control system would direct it into space at 20,000 miles an hour or so.

Yes, I have watched the kids videos.

He is just that; a kid.
He doesn't know anything, and certainly does not use any scientific data do back his claims. Everything he claims has been debunked to death repeatedly. He spews the same drivel as everyone else who perpetuates this myth of the moon landings being a hoax.

Once again, I am asking you to please give evidence as to why the Apollo rockets could not go to the moon. Not to deflect and tell me to read what someone else says. This tells me you are incapable of using your own brain to form conclusions.
