Here we go, i didn't draw it, i used the oval shape just to give the basic idea of what the stingrayish one looked like, again not a great artist so bare with me, and a quick heads up, the side things were thinner than in the "drawing".

Swamp gas? jk. Im really doubting the skydivers since you said you saw many of them and since you said they weren't that high up, that definitely rules them out. (unless they were landing and you could probably be able to make them out once they hit the ground)

The thing is they were literally going around the sky in a circle in one spot in the sky.
