I absolutely agree. Now lets see you and everyone else in this thread go after the idiots who fly the flag upside down in their back yard when not in imminent physical danger. I equate one infraction with the other.

I agree with this one too.

The flag being flown upside down, or union down, is a violation of 8a

The flag should never be displayed with union down, except as a signal of dire
distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.

I wasn't trying to justify anything. Wrong is wrong and desecrating the American flag is wrong, doesn't matter what color of skin a person has. This is not about race, it's about a person bold enough to push his socialist agenda on a free nation. Someone put up a post that had a flag with Jesus on it. I'm a Christian and believe Jesus as my lord and savor, but whomever put that image of Jesus on the flag was wrong.

Everyone has an opinion, but you're not going to convince a decorated vet that altering the flag is OK, because it's not part of our code.

I have never said it was ok for ANYONE to deface the flag. I have only said it is very hypocritical to crucify Obama followers while ignoring everyone else who has done the same over the centuries. Why does this one instance make you so angry when the others don't? Is your anger REALLY over how the US flag was treated? Be honest.

What? Brand of cigarettes? Where he likes to vacation? It's March Madness so it must be his basketball bracket picks.

You know he worked a deal with Israel not to attack Iran until after March Madness because he doesn't want to miss a game. I'm not saying he can't have fun, but we would have all been better off if he became a pro basketball player. He certainly knows more about that then running a country.

Maybe you're right and it's just built up anger over the past 3 1/2 years and the treatment of the flag was the straw that broke the camels back.

Fair enough.

What really surprises me is that no one in this thread has made any comments about him being 'blue in the face' yet!

Only 2 bit dictators put their faces on Flags guess people missed all the Obama money being sold after his election with his face on it.

There are clear differences to this and is an insult to every president that has come before and will come after.

And get real this nation has had better presidents than de furer Obama.

So isn't it against the law to alter the US flag?

I would have used the term deface but that would be a good thing in this situation...

I can say, not even the founding fathers would want their face in the place of the stars, let alone any modern day president, I don't care who's face it was, even if it was the face of the guy I was voting for, I would still find it disrespectful of the flag.

Because this isn't an instance of some idiot defacing a flag and hanging it in his yard, this is being hung up at the democratic headquarters in florida. It has nothing to do with race, get over your race paranoia.

How does some idiot making an Obama flag automatically equate to Obama having made it, let alone endorsing it?

It astounds me sometimes.
If Obama were deceased for 10 ten years and the flag appeared, the usual suspects would still somehow accuse him of sewing it together in his secret dictator lab he had built under the White House with taxpayer money. It's been said that this lab is where Obama prays to his heathen gods while asking for efficient ways to destroy America.
