Long green line on the world alert map on RSOE EDIS stretches from the Chad /Nigerborder to NW WA around the Learmonth Haarp site. Is it a sign that something will happen in March involving large land based creatures or something much more sinister.

I looked at it and i was stumped. no storms cross the equator ( at least normally) and if such a thing was to happen..it will be the first. i say its a typo on the path. not possible.
