This move of Dugan from DARPA to Google, together with the new, cheap spy computer, will surely make internet surfing and commenting freely a thing of the past, for good.

The current projects page from USMA is also quite interesting. I hope any tech-savvy ATSers will provide input or insight into the concepts listed.

Glad you liked the thread/links.

My observations are that the net was militarized in its inception, (d'oh!) and people will respond with greater answers, better ways than the original anyway.
