I love this post! My friends and I were discussing the zombie apocalypse after watching Zombieland. The discussion revolved around what would we do and how would we do it. It then dawned on us that what we were discussing would be extremely practical in real-world scenarios as well. That’s when we began our journey into the world of prepping. I hope your article sparks many more discussions in many more homes across the country! Thanks!

Which, in a nutshell and imo, was the overall intent regarding this particular blog post. What better way to get "the kids" prepared for disaster scenarios than to incorporate a little of the latest fictional doomsday scenario that is all the rage and weave in actual life saving tactics and preparedness instructions. Pretty ingenious if I may say.

Just because one practices fire drills on a regular basis, doesn't mean that a fire will occur, but, if one ever does, preparedness is a great thing.

ETA: Oh yes, on topic, and again, what is in Montana that would constitute an Earth Shattering event, that would affect a prison? The western part of Montana has a seismic signature according to this link:

The video below is full of Zombies...but you still won't be able to accept it as you've obviously made up your mind.

I am quite certain that what you are seeing is what Authors of Zombie movies, books and websites are talking about.

The Terrel/Marshall Masters Nibiru fanclub believes a major event to take place on March 21/22 due to an alignment with this "heavy mass object."

I'm giving them an extra week to take into account a brief delay from the Destroyer, so April 1st is set aside for massive amounts of ridicule.

i've already stated my support of the thread and made contributions of my own.

the date is credible as is the source.

Doesn't appear that seismic energy will be the cause of an "Earth Shattering" event. So I am still quite perplexed as to how Montana will be ground zero for this event. Does anyone else know more about Montana that can perhaps validate the claim that is made in the OP?

i live in kalispell so if any thing crazy starts to happen ill make sure to post....but we dont have many prisons en.wikipedia.org...risons_in_Montana and to be fair they would have to get past the black foot and the crow reservations to get to where i am and im confident that if the prisoners escape they wont get past the reservation's.
as far as earth shattering natural disasters if Yellowstone goes were all boned so i dont know of anything short of getting nuked or hit by an asteroid that we have to worry about up here but either way was an interesting read hope nothing happens but we shall see

I'm actually a member of the Super Special Forces and we were just messing with the SF guys.

Isn't it always a good idea to have 3-6 months of food on hand? As well as basic medical supplies. Most of these stories are all "a friend said....." and "this guy doesnt get scared easily so......."

That's all I'm going to say, and all I got, but I trust my source. No other clues, but if you put together where the person is that gave the info, I'd say first guess is war, but who knows, could be EMP, dollar collapse, solar flare, the reasons are out there. Edit to add could be huge fuel shortage or food shortage.

Look at the Iran warship/ Israeli issue today.

here's a prediction: sometime in march more people are going to make a bunch of predictions that "something big" is going to happen. when something minor happens they're all going to say "see i told you!" These "prophesies" are bogus

Well I was wondering when i could break out the panic button and pop corn..
Guess now is as good as any..
