The thing is, we won't extradite Abu Hamza back to Jordan as we are concerned for his human rights and that he may be tortured. However, if this British lad is extradited to the US, he faces 5 years in an American jail. Having seen a few documentaries on the US prison system and the violence and sexual violence that goes on is tantamount to torture. Surely we should protecting our own citizens human rights over a Jordanian terrorist.
