Enemies Foreign and DOMESTIC

Our Constitution provides the provisions to go after enemies of the United States that are Foreign and Domestic. I believe that the USA has been hijacked by domestic enemies whose danger is far far greater than those who are foreign. These people (ex zionists, corporatists...) put their own interests above the interests of the United states.

These domestic enemies of the United States want to keep us dumb so that one day we may not be able to remember the ability to read the word of the Constitution, written on that piece of paper 200 years ago after so much battling for freedom.

These domestic enemies of the United States want to keep us distracted and entertained with the likes of tv shows, newer and newer gadgets, social media to the point of complacency and no ability to critically think independently outside of the social complex and instead perform as a hive mind.

These domestic enemies of the United States want to keep you in debt working your low end job scraping peanuts off the ground for the abiltiy to pay for your lunch and bed that day. To keep you thinking day to day, living day to day, paycheck to paycheck. Leaving you under the burden of bills, debt, no hope, no help.

These domestic enemies of the United States want you to value and protect Israel over our own country to the ability that these people laugh at dead soldiers and have no problem sending more Americans to their deaths and sending more US troops to do more killings in poor nations all for zionism and corporate profits and greed.

These domestic enemies of the United States want to promote a dissolution of family and advocate free sex, promiscuity through their media arms. The destruction of the family unit and absentee father and family with no positive role models further dumbs the society and destroys the country and makes it easier to control and mainpulate the people for their own nefarious purposes.

These domestic enemies of the United States want to take away your right to due process, right to liberty, your freedom of religion. Where it is ok to make fun of and harrass a muslim because they are a muslim? Is this the USA that Thomas Jefferson fought for? Is this the USA that Washington fought for!! Is this the USA that the founding fathers fought for!!

all you need to do is go in the House of reps ask to see the Sargent of arms with an other witness and read the names of who, along with the charges that you say the said defendants ie; Reps and Senators and the acts they have committed, then do the same in the Senate, you will have to file a brief with the US AG office listing the names and the charges or acts ie treason, failure to up hold the laws and office, ie their oath of office.
Here is what to say, if your up to it, for you must be person to do so you say:
Sargent at arms I have before me, filed with the US AG office, a list of persons, along with their acts of treason, do I have your permission to come forth and announce them by name, and to read the charges, _and my_ witness are accusing them of, if they be not present,_ and _ ask that you bring them here hence forth at once to be present, and stand before _ and _ their accuser's
If you are told no then you must go before the grand jury and seek a summons for the to be heard be fore a court of law and also the Sargent of arms for failure to up hold his her office and post good luck no one yet has done this yet.

I have often found myself at odds with your threads. Mostly disagreeing with you on the strength of Iran but agreeing with you we have no business attacking them and killing their good innocent people.

However, this time, this thread could not express my opinion and feelings more accurately.

Americans need to turn off the TV. This boob tube is designed to recreate your thinking. To dumb you down. To create diversity, because the last thing the government (Demo's or Repub's) need is a united citizenry (I think that's a word)! If we are divided right down the middle that works out perfect for them. Blue versus red, since when. They have successfully narrowed the candidates down to 2 as if we are not smart enough to have more choices. Making voters pick a party. What happened to just voting for the best candidate!

I do think your right, and then with the NDAA2012 , no way , not a snow balls chance in heck, would you or any one stand a chance. Then proving the acts is an other matter,

The requirement of testimony of two witnesses was inherited from the British Treason Act 1695.

and as soon as one word is said, you or any one willing to this would be the one charged with treason.

Even though we know who they are in the House and Senate ie the ones that said yea for the NDAA2012 sub sec d 1021 1022 the authors or said act the authors of the "P" act and the ones that signed it, saying it and proving it are two different acts, just how does, in the act and spirit of the law, does the P act justify treason by the authors, so too the NDAA2012 act along with 100's of other laws our leaders have bestowed upon us?

the FF act of 1968 the IRS the TSA, DHS, and NSA laws that have been passed or upheld , does not the SCOTUS fall in to the category of treason?
if one says yes then prove it in the spirit and act of the law. we the general pop are not lawyers, nor would a lawyer do it for free, now if people the pop of the US went and hired a lawyer to take the case before DC then??? would their be a case? i doubt it

yes but i do think their is more to it , the laws and guide rules are in the laws and reg of the US code, treason is just one act, but they House and Senate members have committed many other acts against the people of the US. Why???; because we the People have let them do it get away with it and not knowing how to stop them have given them a green light to do it, and get away with it.

I totally agree....too many people can name who the judges/contestants are on the plethera of competitive programs, or "reality" tv members - watching others live their lives. What happened to choosing the best candidate without so much divisiveness? Our system is clearly flawed! Our elections are hijacked in some form or another (Chicago's Blago! - to donations going to PACs and I am sure we could find donors from other countries!) Then the wonderful technology of Diebold....our members of congress have made it mandatory that all voting precints "upgrade" to their machines. Where it has been proven that multiple votes were padded where the nominee voteswere multiplied or substracted and given to the alternate candidate (2000 & 2004 - can't source it now but I did back during the elections and of course you could barely find any MSM actually digging in to get the real picture.) They have proven cheating and manipulating the calculatons. We may not have chads anymore...we now have a coded line within the software programming that has become influential major factor in the game of "the king maker" as well as big business, CEOs and other "fat cats with fat wallets like Sorros (sp?) being the true constituants. Everything else is the tail wagging the dog.

I would LOVE to see an "American Spring!" NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Busy feeding their egos and staying in tune with their tunnel vision. Unfortunately their are too many people out there more interested in keeping up with the Jones' or even worse - pop culture and celebrity life - than actually knowing who their own local commissioners / state representatives or the people that are on the hill "speaking for us because they know better" and are ultimately only interested in their personal greed and power. If they aren't even in touch with their community representatives I am quite confident that they couldn't speak much on the candidates that are running; understanding the difference between blue dog dems, liberal leftest or right wing zellots, RHINOS, conservative or socialist which to me should be named the radicals and finally the independents and liberterians. I would be willing to bet that half of the nation couldn't answer what a purple state means nor answer the question of what GOP stands for.

Or it seems that way. Maybe, just maybe, they are putting the interests of life everywhere above the interests of the United States. Yes you are right on some things, however, one point is wrong. You are talking about foreign enemies as the US is foreign to the states.

Read the act of 1871 creating a corporation of the US with Washington DC. Then the 14th amendment makes us slaves hence we are subject/slave to congress and can't question it's policies. You are thereby committing a treasonous act by voting in Federal elections.

They have had the right according by their laws to do as they wish to us. Also the Federal government has no jurisdiction outside of DC legally. They are the foreign invaders and have secretly created a new government alongside the first.

Thank you and to the other fellow members as well. I think these dead end jobs and the threat of being fired, having credit ruined, etc keeps people enslaved afraid to fight for their financial independence and mental independence. When people do not have to worry about working for 7 dollars an hour they can advance their education and worry about real world matters. I at times feel so frustrated for these people...

Like I said it is the people who have too much to lose, or the perception that they may have too much to lose who would be against ideas like this. I think it is those people who are homeless and have nothing to lose who may very well be our future leaders should a ....arrghhh.... change in our leaders occur. I would rather have a homeless person on the street become my president who rose to the top fighting corruption, rather than someone who went to Yale, or has a $250 million bank account..

Damn, you're on a roll today. I too would prefer such a scenario. It has been my experience, my repeated experience, that those who have little are usually more generous with what they do have, than those who have more than they could ever use.

I grew up in a wealthy home (think Scarface with Al Pacino) but turned my back on all of that when I went into the Corp. Even as a teenager, I knew it wasn't right for people to live like that while others were starving. But at least my step-father earned his money (manufacturing assembly line robots), unlike the bankers whose wealth is created literally out of nothing; wealth they could never possibly use themselves, but are still unwilling to share.

I've always considered myself a Capitalist - if you EARN it, good for you, enjoy it - but some people have so much wealth that it is truly obscene. I mean, who really needs to crap in a solid gold toilet?



I hope anyone who uses that gets a raging case of hemorrhoids.

I agree completely. The US is under siege and has been for a while. Our leaders are cowards and allow people to buy their way into our government. They become traitors when they help them to convince us of their agenda and push us to suffer and sacrifice for their comfort and best interest instead of our nations.

There is nothing short of a revolution to get them out now. I know no one wants to hear that, I don't like the thought anymore than the next rational American. The truth is it will get allot worse before we even realize we are slaves to a dictatorship. I am not saying it is one literally as of now. I am saying that it is inevitable seeing how legislation and authority is formed around the founding principals of the Nazi regime.

Censorship, mass incarceration, unjust wars of aggression made possible by the lies and rhetoric of a massive propaganda machine. Sham elections, police on steroids, insane taxes, insane government spending, etc etc .....etc

And what are our leaders concerned with? Israel´s problems, or some rich European´s concerns. The American people?, not really. We only exist to pay taxes, die in wars, and fuel slave labor prisons. The fix? What do you think.

I would rather pass on the responsibility of such a tragedy to another generation. I don't think ours will even have the option to revolt. It will happen though. It is a certainty. Unless we return to our founding principals, we will destroy our own country in the end. America would not survive a revolution. It would essentially be a self destruct. I hope for the best, but know that something has got to give.

Here´s to our past, the only place we can find the American honor and dignity we were raised to respect and fight for.

This can all be avoided. We just need to get off the Xbox, TV, etc and take charge of our communities. But really no one can be bothered. So it will happen, unfortunately. We are scared of change. Our fear keeps them in our government and us in the battle field or behind bars. oh, or on our couch.
