Again, that map is incorrect, it has been explained many times over on ATS.
Second, in regards to your statement about "being a black dot..." Lets assume for the discussion's sake you are right, Iran has nothing to do with annexed territories in Israel, why fund terror groups attacking civilians within the borders of it?

One problem these bunkers are going to have even if the bunker busters cannot destroy it the problem is that they will be sealed off. And if they can break out then what? It will be a trek through miles of contaminated ground to get anywhere. And the entrances to these bunkers will be watched. And if any activity is seen they can just drop another bomb and they are sealed off again. And if they do get out then they run into hostile occupation forces.

Eventually their supplies will run out and problem solved.
