Again,the many are more incorruptible than the few.They are like the greater quantity of water which is less easily poisoned than a little.The individual is liable to be overcome by anger or by some other passion,and then his judgement is necessary perverted;but it is hardly to be supposed that a great number of persons would all get into a passion and go wrong at the same moment.

So, the few in government are more corruptible than "the many" as average citizens.

And, the "individual's" anger goes unnoticed by "the many".
(and/or the "few" in government)

Unless the collective "individual" (as a mass group) exercises vocal collective anger
and is heard by the "few" in government.

Perhaps we need a nationwide general strike for 30 days.

That actually might solve a couple of problems and wake up a few people to reality.

I concur,and abolish all controlled thought....it is a pretty heavy debatable circumstance.
