If you can take care of the kids then there should be no limits. If you are on welfare then you should not be allowed to have additional babies no matter how many you already have. Sociopaths are strong, loud and eloquent in their delivery, but ust because they stand out doesn't mean they deserve your attention.

Amen, the state shouldn't have to pay you extra because you are too poor to take care of the kids that you couldn't afford to have.

As recently as 80 - 100 years ago, you had kids you couldn't afford, they went into foster homes or were given up for adoption.
